Majestic old house in the town centre of Alaró, very well preserved and cared, with private pool and capacity for 8 people.
If you are looking for a central place for your vacation, with beautiful mountain views and where you can swim at any moment of the day, you have to choose this house. The chlorine pool invites to refresh and enjoy the sun and the warm weather in the island. By the pool you will find a great terrace an a porch with sofas, armchairs and a large table to taste barbecued meals and have a coffee or take a drink in peace. The pool, which also offers an exterior shower, sizes 11.5 x 5.5 metres and its depth goes from 1 to 1.80 metres.

Inside, you will find two floors which preserve an antic style and furniture that must be treated carefully, since they constitute an important tradition. When you enter, there is a spacious hall that heads to the living - dining room, equipped with a satellite TV and air-conditioning. You will enjoy a nice tome watching a good film. The kitchen presents, in a sense, a more modern touch and it features a fas stove, stainless steel appliances and a glass table with chairs to eat something rapidly, maybe. There are two bathtub bathrooms, one of them on the main floor, together with a bedrooms with two twin beds. There are three bedrooms upstairs, all of them with a double bed. All bedrooms feature a closet and room enough for a cot and a high chair. On the second floor there is another air-conditioned living room. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board can be found in the independent laundry room.

Alaró is a village located near the mountains -mostly among them-, with a wide variety of routes for hiking or biking excursions, or even by car. We recommend the excursion to Salt d'es Freu, to the true hikers, specially in the winter when the rain water turns into amazing waterfalls. The famous Castle of Alaró is also a worth visit. Regarding the beaches, you can choose among sandy beaches like Playa de Palma, or rocky and pebbled beaches like Cala Deià or Port des Canonge.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
