We welcome you to this amazing and ancient Mallorcan property from the 15th century, located in sa Pobla. It was restored about 1950 and recently renewed in a very special way, so that our guests can feel in completely different world. With private pool and a superb landscape, it offers accommodation for 10 people.
More than 20.000 m2 surround this extraordinary and immense house, where you can get lost while having long walks through the fields of grass, plants and trees. Maybe you feel like admiring the landscape form the diferent terraces. No doubt, the main terrace, located by the pool area, is impressive and it invites to relax chatting all together, reading a book or tasting a delicious barbecue under the sun beams. The 10 x 5 metres chlorine turquoise pool has a depth that goes from 1.4 to 1.9 metres and features 9 sun loungers. The property is fenced and the caretaker also lives in there, so that our guests are attended and everything is maintained in its best condition.

The more than 500 m2 2-storey house hides a long history and several details that you should know like, for example, that it has limed walls - something typical in those houses built some centuries ago -; that it has an old olive press or "Tafona" in the Mallorcan dialect; or that it maintains a great variety of furniture and old items that have been restored, and that must be specially cared.

When you enter, you find a large hall which lead not only to the ground floor rooms but also to the upper floor through two different staircases, one on the left and the other on the right side. Each of them leads to the different rooms of the first floor. So, on the main floor we have a living room, a rustic dining room, the kitchen with a ceramic hob, a little corner where you will enjoy a fire place - all connected between them - and a bedroom with an en-suite bathtub bathroom. Upstairs you will find several living rooms, one of them with satellite TV, fireplace and direct exit to a fabulous terrace; there are also the remaining four bedrooms and four shower bathrooms, being two of them en-suite. All rooms come with two twin attached beds and a wardrobe. A cot and a high chair can be provided and there are also five fans and five radiators available. The laundry room is outdoors and it has an iron, an ironing board and a washing machine.

Sa Pobla, just 5.2 km away, is an authentic village of the north of the island, with all services you may need and an easy way to the beach in Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcudia, which are lively areas with large beaches of crystalline waters and fine sand. However, if you still want to continue surrounded by beauty, nature and the mountain, we recommend going to Campanet, a quiet little village ideal to practice biking or hiking and, of course, to make a guided visit through its ancient caves.
