Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Beschreibungen im Inserat. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, inkl. Föhn, Toaster, Bügelbrett, Pürrierstab, Wasserkocher, Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen und auch einigen Handtüchern. Im Kühlschrank hatte die Vermieterin eine Flasche Wasser hinterlegt. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr praktisch und der Essplatz einfach großartig. Alle Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, das einzige Manko war die sehr weiche Matratze im kleineren Zimmer. Es gab meinerseits eine Rückfrage wegen des warmen Wassers woraufhin die Vermieterin noch an demselben Tag, ca 1 Std nach meinem Anruf vorbeikahm und das Problem sofort behob. Der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in 5 min erreichbar und ist gut sortiert ( schöne Fischangebote). Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 min in Porte Pollenca oder Alcudia, nach Palma kommt man sehr bequem wenn man den Wagen in Inca parkt und von dort den Zug nimmt. Ich würde das Objekt jederzeit wieder mieten und auch weiterempfehlen.

The marvelous outdoor area counts with a 7m x 4m chlorine pool (depth: 1,8m), a terrace, a well-furnished porch and a small house with a kitchen, a barbecue, a table, a sofa, a fire place and a TV.
The 120m2 house is ground floor only and counts with 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 individual beds and 1 with a bunk bed. There is a sofa couch for one extra person. On request, there is a baby cot and a highchair available. There is one bathroom with a bathtub for general use.
The cozy living- and dining room counts with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, a dining table and air conditioning. The independent kitchen works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal with friends and family. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The urbanization of Crestatx is situated at 5km from Sa Pobla, where you will find everything you need during your stay: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, etc.
You will surely enjoy visiting the nearby villages of Alcúdia or Pollença (10,6km), with its cobbled streets, the lively town square and the 365 steps that take you to the Calvari hermitage with its wonderful views.
