It features an impressive exterior area because any plan will come with panoramic views of the Forest Park of La Granadella, from swimming in the pool and sunbathing on one of the 5 sun loungers, to prepare delicious barbecues under the thatched pergola. The light from the mountains and the surrounding houses as well as the sound of the pool water will transform the sunset into a dream. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth goes from 1.10 to 2.20 metres.

This accommodation presents spacious and well cared rooms in two floors. There are a living room and a dining room, both air-conditioned, the kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a wardrobe each, two bathtub bathrooms with bidet and a toilet. On the ground floor, when you enter, you find the 1st bedroom with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Going upstairs you will find the rest of the house. The living room counts with two comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and a large window which allows a considerable luminosity and the admiration of the views. It has also access to the porch, the ideal place to relax taking a coffee or reading a book, and it leads to the terrace. The shape of the kitchen, with its wide countertops and cabinets and the ceramic hob, is perfect to innovate some recipes. In this same floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed, space for a cot and a high chair ans exit to a private terrace, and the other with two twin beds, the second bathroom, and the toilet. A radiator is also available for the coldest days.

Located in a homely residential, the property is only 2.4 km from the beach, concretely from La Granadella fine pebbled cove, very cosy because it is backed by the mountains. You can also visit Cala Barraca or Cala de Portixol. Apart form the beach, we recommend you to have a walk through the town centre of Xàbia only 5 km away. Its narrow streets and plenty of flowers and plants are very charming and its is the perfect scenery to taste our traditional paella and do some shopping.
