Villa Gravera

This charming villa, set in the countryside in Porreres, in the centre-south of Mallorca, offers a second home for 6 to 7 people.
The private, 6 m x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 1.80 m nestles between trees and bushes, offering a private space to refresh yourself. The evenings can be spent basking in the sun while reading a good book. On the furnished, 12 m2 porch you can prepare a tasty BBQ and spend lazy afternoons, having a drink and chatting to your friends.

Thanks to the wooden beams and the stone-lined façade, this two-storey house has a real local flavour. On the ground floor, there is an invitingly sitting-dining room with open kitchen. There, you can watch a film on the satellite-TV or share laughs and talks by the fireplace. The kitchen with gas stove offers all necessary utensils to cook up a feast. In the independent laundry you will find a washer, an iron and an ironing board. On this floor, there is a double bedroom with access to the exterior and an independent shower bathroom.

Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The latter has access to a furnished, 8 m2 terrace, perfect for a romantic get-together. On this floor, there is a bath with bath tub. If you are seven people, we can supply an extra bed for a small charge. Additionally, there is a cot and a high chair gratis.

For those seeking relaxation and tranquillity, the area of Porreres is a good choice. Basically, its inhabited by farmers and due to that, the zone is characterized by fields. The town centre is 2 km away and there you will find a small supermarket, cafés, restaurants and all necessary amenities for your stay.

On the fine grained beaches Ses Covetes and Sa Rapita you can watch spectacular sunsets. At the same time, there are bars and restaurants, where you can stop for a drink or try Mediterranean cuisine. The natural beach Es Trenc is 20 km away and due to crystal clear waters and white sand its like paradise. Apart of Es Trenc, the island has many nice beaches, for example Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo and Portocolom.
