This incredible urbanization house is perfect for big families or groups of friends. Its exteriors are very simple and welcoming and offer such marvellous fields and mountain views. In this way, in any of the terraces you are going to be able to enjoy of pleasant moments accompanied by the landscape, either having breakfast, sunbathing on the 10 sun loungers or making delicious barbecues. Of course, always between any of these plans, awaits you a refreshing swim in the private chlorine pool of 11 x 4.5 m and with a depth of 1 to 1.8 m.

The construction is absolutely surprising since it has 6 floors. Once you go in, the main floor features a dormitory with a double bed and a toilette. Going downstairs, the -1 floor offers the most essential stay of the house, which is a large kitchen-living-dining room, -equipped with a big sofa, satellite TV, DVD, chimney, dining table and kitchen with a large island with induction stove-. Likewise, it has a second living room-library where you can disconnect reading something interesting. On the -2 floor, there is a huge bedroom, with a single bed and a bunk bed that also comes with a living room with TV and it gives access to another dormitory with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower. On the -3 floor, there you have another living room, where you can organise some meals, a toilette and the laundry, equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Then, on the first floor, going upstairs from the main floor, there you have another two bedrooms, one with a trundle bed and another with a double one, hydro-massage bathtub in the same dormitory and, immediately after, an en-suite bathroom with shower. And on the floor 2, there is a bathroom with both shower and bathtub, and the last two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a single bed. There are four dormitories with a wardrobe, 2 without it and one with a dressing room. There is availability for two cots and two high chairs. The property has ducted air-conditioning.

Cullera is a beautiful village, between the banks of the river Júcar and the Mediterranean Sea, with many essential services, both entertainment and gastronomy. Moreover, it is a few minutes driving from the sea. In fact, the property is only 5 km from the beach of Cullera. If you are lovers of water sports, you also have your place on beaches such as Cap Blanc, San Antonio, El Racó or Marenyet. And if you like golf, the closest one is about 20 km away, the Parador El Saler.
