Wonderful house with private pool, on the outskirts of Campos, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
The country house features large outdoor spaces where to enjoy the tranquility of both the field and the sea, since they are in the nearby. Here you can enjoy of a beautiful garden, the private chlorine pool, - of 6*4 m and of 1.4 to 2.1 m depth -, of sunbathing, etc. There are different porches, one at the entrance of the house that has a dining table and chairs and two small sofa; another one dedicated exclusively to the barbecue with a big dining table and, the last one with a chill-out area.
Inside the house, there is a living room with sofas and chairs for your rest, to watch the TV or read a book. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook at home such as ceramic cooktop, oven, etc. There are three dormitories, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. Two of them have wardrobe. There is availability for a cot and a high-chair. Moreover, there are two bathroom with shower, one in the interior of the house and the other one in the exterior. In this last one there you will find the laundry, with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are also availability for three fans and three radiators.
Campos is located at the southeast of the island and it has a really good connection with other points of the island as, for instance, villages, city, beaches, touristic zones, etc. The nearest beaches are “Es Trenc”, one of the best crystal-clear waters of Mallorca; the Playa de “Sa Ràpita” and the beach of “Colònia de Sant Jordi”. In that areas you will find different bars and restaurants and various touristic services such as taking a boat ride, visiting the island of Cabrera, etc.

Von uns gibt es die volle Sterne Bewertung.Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe der Finca ist alles unkompliziert gelaufen.Alles Wesentliche wurde uns per E-Mails gesendet. Auch die gezahlte Kaution wurde uns zügig nach Abreise erstattet.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Finca ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem sind Lokale und Strände gut erreichbar. Das Einzige, das für uns mühsam war, war die Müllentsorgung am Ende. Es gab keine ersichtlichen Container weit und breit. Wir würden schlussendlich gerne wiederkommen.
Everything was as described. The finca is very cozy and very well equipped. The location is quiet and yet bars and beaches are easily accessible. The only thing that was a hassle for us was disposing of the garbage at the end. There were no obvious containers anywhere. Ultimately we would like to come back.

Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar etwas klein und haben fast keine Ablagemöglichkeit, dafür aber einen großen Wandschrank in dem man alles verstauen kann. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine, die brauchte aber sehr lange bis sie fertig war. Es gibt zwei Bäder, eins ist aber außerhalb des Gebäudes und hat eine kleine Dusche, ich schätze mal 60x60 cm. Der Pool ist nicht für kleinere Kinder geeignet da er 1,40 bis 2,10 Meter tief ist. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Beautiful, quiet finca near Campos. There were several options for sitting outside or even enjoying the peace and quiet on the sun loungers. The bedrooms are a bit small and have almost no storage space, but they do have a large closet in which you can store everything. The kitchen is well equipped, large fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine, but it took a long time to finish. There are two bathrooms, but one is outside the building and has a small shower, I estimate 60x60 cm. The pool is not suitable for smaller children as it is 1.40 to 2.10 meters deep. We'll definitely come back.

Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, haben wenig Ablagemöglichkeit aber einen großen Einbauschrank. Die Fenster haben Fliegengitter davor was ich gut fand. Lediglich zur geöffneten Eingangstür können Stechfliegen rein. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Backofen und natürlich Kaffeemaschine. Die brauchte aber sehr sehr lange bis 3 Tassen durchgelaufen waren. Der Fernseher mit Sat- Anschluss lief gut und WLAN draußen besser als im Haus. Das Bad ist klein aber praktisch eingerichtet. In dem zweiten Bad, das draußen ist, da ist die Dusche sehr klein aber benutzbar. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
Beautiful finca with a pool, unfortunately it was a little too cold to swim. Less suitable for small children as it is 1.40-2.10 m deep. The bedrooms are small, have little storage space but have a large built-in closet. The windows have fly screens in front of them, which I thought was good. Biting flies can only get in through the open entrance door. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, oven and of course coffee maker. But it took a very, very long time for 3 cups to go through. The satellite TV ran well and the WiFi outside was better than in the house. The bathroom is small but practically furnished. In the second bathroom, which is outside, the shower is very small but usable. We really liked it and we will definitely come back.

For the entire stay we enjoyed our time there. We felt really like home, the pool is great, 3 terraces with place for barbecue, inside the house the rooms were clean like the rest of the house. Would definitely recommend it!!!

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Der Pool ist super und auch im Oktober konnte man darin schwimmen. Check-In war super easy und alles war sauber. Jedoch würde ich mir mehr Küchen Utensilien wünschen (Geschirrtücher, Müllbeutel oder Spüli) Außerdem wären Badetücher für den Strand sinnvoll.
It was a nice stay. The pool is great and you could swim in it even in October. Check-in was super easy and everything was clean. However, I would like more kitchen utensils (tea towels, garbage bags or dishwashing liquid). Bath towels for the beach would also be useful.

Tolles, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und überdurchschnittlich großem Pool für Objekt dieser Personenanzahl. Alles notwendige wie Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle auch für längeren Aufenthalt vorhanden. Schöne Dekoration und gute Ausstattung auch an Kleinigkeiten (Gewürze, Öl, Föhn,...). Man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen.
Great, well-maintained holiday home with several seating areas and an above-average pool for this number of people. Everything you need, such as a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, is also available for longer stays. Nice decoration and good equipment even for small things (spices, oil, hairdryer,...). You can feel very comfortable.

Wir waren zu zweit auf der Finca und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es war Erholung pur, nur einen Esel und ein paar Hunde waren zu hören. Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt den Bildern. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca 2 km und zum Strand 7 km. Die Abwicklung über "Villafinca" war excellent.Wir werden wieder kommen. :-)
There were two of us on the finca and we felt completely comfortable. It was pure relaxation, only a donkey and a few dogs could be heard. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the pictures. It is about 2 km to the nearest supermarket and 7 km to the beach. The transaction via “Villafinca” was excellent. We will come again. :-)

Once the owner stopped by and I got her contact, our questions were answered immediately. She was very helpful. Some amenities missing - no extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap. Also the kitchen cookware could use some updating. Otherwise, very peaceful, out of the way location. 20 minutes to beaches, 30 to Palma. We had a great time!

See more Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku , w domu jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz aby spędzić miło wakacje. Bardzo cicha okolica można wypocząć w spokoju, bardzo blisko do okolicznego miasteczka Campos gdzie można zapotarzyc się we wszystko . Spędziliśmy tam tydzień w 8 osób + małe dziecko , miejsca jest bardzo dużo zarówno w środku jak i na zewnatrz. Bardzo polecam to miejsce , na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy .
Everything is in perfect order, the house has everything you need to spend a nice holiday. Very quiet area, you can relax in peace, very close to the surrounding town of Campos where you can explore everything. We spent a week there with 8 people + a small child, there is a lot of space both inside and outside. I highly recommend this place, we will definitely go back there.

My Wife and I stayed here from 5/5/16 - 9/5/16. What a fantastic little villa in beautiful surroundings. Campos is a 5 minute drive or 15-20min walk away. The Villa had everything we needed inside. Most nights we sat outside in the porch area. The owners house is the next house along so if anything is needed or any issues she is on hand to sort out, on check in she was very friendly and showed us around. A car is recommended as it's easy to get to places if it's overcast or raining like it was during our stay. Fantastic time had by both of us. The only thing which we realised is that there is no wifi. The addition of this would be fantastic.
