Welcome to this enchanting house, located in the countryside on the outskirts of Felanitx. It sleeps 10 people + 1 extra.
The exterior of the house is wonderful. The house is surrounded by areas, where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent views and nature. There are several terraces, where you will find tables with chairs or sofas to do so. The chlorine pool is huge, has 22 x 12 m with a maximum and minimum depth of 2 m, and is surrounded by a lawn area with 6 sunbeds. The house offers a garden with a variety of fruit trees, almond, orange, lemon, etc. There is no garage or covered parking, but you can park right in front of the house. The porch is fully furnished. There is a barbecue for those who love spending a pleasant summer evenings on the open air.

It is a typical Majorcan property of 350 m2 distiributed over 2 floors, perfect for families or large groups of friends. The house has 5 bedrooms; two of them on the ground floor (one with double bed and bathroom with shower, the other one with two single beds); and the other three on the 1st floor (two doubles and one with two single beds, all three with en suite bathroom (two with shower and one with bathtub). One cot and a highchair are available on request. The extra place can be accomodate on a folding bed. In addition to the en suite bathrooms, the house has another bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
You can feel a warm atmosphere in each room with their rustic details. Sit and relax in the spacious living room, enjoy a good read, or watch satellite TV on the comfortable sofas. The dining area has a large rustic table and chairs for 10 people. The rustic, independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The villa is situated only 6.3 km from Felanitx and 4.2 km from Son Macia, a tiny village in the countryside. In Felanitx you can find everything you may need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and more. The property´s surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling or long walks. A 20-minute drive away you can reach beautiful beaches like Cala Magraner, Calas de Mallorca, etc... Enjoy a day at the beach and have a lunch in one of the restaurants overlooking the sea. Nearby there are also other beaches that are worth visiting: Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo (with a lively promenade) and the Natural Park Mondragó with its crystal clear waters. Do not miss to visit the Es Trenc Beach!

You will feal as like at home in this rustic and charming villa, situated in one of the quietest areas of Mallorca air.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
