Villa Hostalet 10

This amazing finca with two separate buildings, located near Inca, can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
There are two buildings on the plot. One large house, at about 150m from the pool and one smaller house, next to the pool. Both have access to the 5m x 8m chlorine pool (which steeps up from 1,9m to 1,2m), an outside shower, a barbecue and 4 sun loungers. It's the ideal place for two families that appreciate their privacy but want to spend their holiday together. The finca is completely fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

The larger house is prepared for 6 persons. Two porches invites for long summer evenings with friends and family. One of the porches provides access to the living- and dining room, with a small television. There is a second living room with satellite TV and air conditioning. The independent kitchen works with a hob and is equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect family dinner. This house counts with 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 individual beds. One of the double bedrooms counts with air conditioning and drawers and the other two count with a wardrobe. There are 2 bath rooms (one with a shower and one with a bath tub).

The smaller house, next to the pool, has a large terrace. The living- and dining room with kitchenette counts with air conditioning and a sofa. The kitchenette works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bathroom with a shower.

The houses share a washing room, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On request, there are two baby beds and two high chairs available for children up to 2 years old.

The house is situated at only a few kilometers from Inca, where you will find everything you might need during your holiday: local market, surgery, hospital, restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, etc. Inca is famous all over the island for the quality of leather products, its weekly market (Thursdays) and its “cellers” (restaurants with typical Majorcan food). Close by you will find the beautiful town of Pollença which is worth a visit and climb to 365 steps to El Calvari to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view.

Just 35 minute drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Enjoy a day on the beach and have paella in one of the restaurants with sea view! The promenade in Can Picafort has a very lively environment, which contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. We as well recommend visiting the numerous coves in Alcudia.
