Welcome to this luxurous villa by the sea in Cullera. It is prepared for 10 persons.
The beautiful outdoor area counts with a 8mx4m chlorine pool (depth 1,90m), 4 sunbeds on the terrace, a barbeque and a well furnished porch.

The two-storey villa measures 281m2 and has 5 bedrooms: 1 on the groundfloor, with two individual beds, and 4 on the first floor, 2 with a double bed, 1 with 2 individual beds and 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On request, we can prepare a baby bed. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with shower, for general use.
The spatious and luminous living- and dining room counts with a sofa, 2 arm chairs, a TV, a fireplace, a dining table and air conditioning. The independetn kitchen works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a great family dinner during your stay. You will also find a washing machine and an iron and ironing board. The whole villa is equipped with central heating.

The beautiful sandy beach of Cullera is only 80m away. Furthermore, Cullera offers a wide variety of entertainment and fun: you can spend the day at the water park Aquopolis or visit, for example, the Thursday morning market, where you will find music, clothing, ceramics and lots more. You can watch the fishing boats arrive in the port of Cullera, and buy fresh fish from Monday to Friday from 16.00. Don't forget a walk through the neighborhood Pou, around the market. The narrow white side streets of the old avenue will take you to another era.
For those of you who like dancing, you will surely enjoy a visit to the Sant Antoni Parc, where you have the opportunity to dance to the rhythm of an orchestra or have a drink on the terrace. In addition, Cullera has a variety of water sports and offers possibility to walk through the lagoon of Valencia.

NOTE: We do not accept youth groups under 25 years for this house. We will ask for copies of all passports, in order to confirm the reservation.
