Villa La finquita

Spectacular villa near Sant Joan and Vilafranca de Bonany with private pol and capacity for 8 people.
The 8.5m x 4.5m chlorine pool is surrounded by a beautiful, well kept garden. It's depth is ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m. Spend a lazy afternoon on one of the four loungers and, if your prefer shade, lay down underneath the trees. If you fancy cooking outside, you can make a tasty barbecue and prepare meat and vegetables from the grill. Furthermore, there's an exterior shower. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

Enjoy a quiet evening with your loved ones, maybe watching a film ion the satellite-TV or having lunch together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need for cook up a feast, including a gas hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There's a bath with bathtub on the ground floor.

A shower bath, a bathroom with bathtub and four bedrooms can be found on the first floor. There are three rooms with two twin beds each and one with a double bed; all with closet and air conditioning to sleep well during hot summer nights. Additionally, there are four fans.

Although the house is closer to Vilafranca de Bonany, it forms part of the municipality of Sant Joan. In the town center you will find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to wonderful sand beaches like Cala Mandia-Cala Anguila and Cales de Mallorca. Furthermore, you could visit the safari zoo in Cala Millor and the Drach Caves in Porto Cristo. The center of Mallorca is wonderful for cycling, especially during the months of April and May.
