In the private, 7.3m x 3.5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.7m you can swim at the foot of the mountains. There's an exterior shower where you will be able to refresh yourself. Enjoy the Mediterranean sun on one of the four sun loungers or on the terrace, maybe accompanied by a cool gin-tonic. Thanks to the BBQ you can cook under the starry sky. This charming villa is located in the outskirts of the small town Parcent and there are several neighbours.

This property offers accommodation on two floors. The ground floor comprise a cosy sitting-dining room where you can make a little siesta, watch a DVD with your children or spend romantic moments by the fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro and gas hob, a shower bathroom, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with one double bed, A/C and wardrobe. This house has three electric radiators.

Upstairs, there's a toilet, a bedroom with double bed and a twin bedroom. There's a washer, an iron and an ironing board in the bathroom. More electric radiators, fans, a cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

Parcent forms part of the Pop Valley, and the town is characterized by lovely mountain views and typical cobbled streets. There's very low traffic in the centre which makes this house ideal for relax seekers. You can visit the beautiful church and its belfry, dated back to the XVII century. Parcent offers a supermarket, good restaurants and everything else you may need during your stay.

Nearby, you can visit the chapel of San Juan in the town of Alcalalí, which surprises with stunning panoramic views. In Benimeli start several, family-friendly trails to the viewpoint of Benimeli. The waterfalls of Agar are nice for a cool bath during the summer. The next sand beach is in Denia.
