The house with 110 m² of living space can accommodate up to 9 people; ideal for groups of friends. The size of the property is 380 m². In this beautiful villa you will find 4 bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor and furnished with two single beds, and three on the first floor. The first has a double bed and two single beds, the second has a double bed and the third a bunk bed. There is one bathroom on the ground floor and another on the first floor.

On the ground floor you will also find the dining and living area, equipped with two cosy sofas where you can relax in front of the fireplace or have a cheerful dinner with your friends on the big dining table. The American kitchen has everything you may need to cook your favourite dishes. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a second refrigerator.

The spacious terrace next to the 6 x 3.5 m pool is the favourite place of our guests. Why don´t you have breakfast outside? Or you may want to organize a barbecue with your friends or simply relax and enjoy the mediterranean feeling of just doing nothing.

Playa de Gandia offers ideal conditions for your vacation all year round. The coastline with its fine grained sand beach and crystall clear water is about 7 km long. On the beach of Platja del Nord you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste, shops and leisure activities whilst Platja de L'Ahuir is more quiet. On one part of this beach, Platja Can, dogs are allowed. If you seek nature and nudist beaches, then Platja de Rafalcaid is the right address.

Even culture-vultures get their money's worth: The „Route of the Monasteries“ connects five monasteries.
