Welcome to this magnificent villa located in Chiclana de la Frontera, where 12 guests will find their second home.
The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. The private salt swimming pool, with dimensions of 7 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1.5 and 2.1 m, will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. All around there are sun loungers to relax on while sunbathing, a barbecue and a large furnished area where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with all your companions. Being located in a residential area, there are neighbours nearby. This villa is distributed in two independent houses on one floor, which makes it the ideal place for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together but also maintain their privacy. Each house has its own furnished porch, where you can extend your evenings.

The first accommodation has a spacious living-dining room with AC and Smart TV and a kitchen with ceramic hob. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the house. Three bedrooms, all with AC, are available. The first bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, while the other two have two single beds. Another bathroom with bathtub and a toilet complete the equipment of this house. The second house has a large living-dining room with AC and Smart TV and a modern kitchen with induction hob. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, all with AC. The first has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, the second has two single beds and the third has a trundle bed. Another bathroom with shower serves the house. If you are travelling with babies, there is a cot and high chair available in both houses.

This villa is located in Chiclana, a beautiful town known for its history, tradition and magnificent beaches. So, if you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, just 300 metres away you will find the Barrosa beach which, with its fine sand, is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sun and practising water sports such as windsurfing or paddle surfing. The town also has a charming historic centre, where you can stroll through its narrow streets and discover the typical Andalusian architecture, with whitewashed houses and flower-filled courtyards. If you are interested in history, you can visit the archaeological site of Sancti Petri, located on a small island off the coast. There you will find the ruins of an ancient Phoenician city and a Roman temple dedicated to Hercules. Finally, Chiclana de la Frontera has a varied gastronomic offer, so we encourage you to delight in discovering the magnificent dishes of the region and tasting the excellent local wines.
