Outdoors, there is an impressive private pool measuring 13 meters in length and 6 meters in width, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.70 meters, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mallorcan sun. Around the pool, comfortable loungers invite you to lie down and unwind. The villa also features a spacious porch with a table where you can enjoy outdoor meals with friends and family, as well as a sofa perfect for relaxation. A second porch, specially designed for barbecues, offers additional space with a pool table and a ping-pong table, ideal for outdoor entertainment. Additionally, the property boasts a private tennis court, perfect for sports enthusiasts who want to stay active during their stay.
The interior of the villa is distributed over two floors, with a design that combines comfort and functionality. On the ground floor, there are two distinct lounges. The first is a lounge area, equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as satellite television, creating an ideal environment for relaxing after a day exploring the island or enjoying the swimming pool. The second lounge is the dining room, with a large table that accommodates all the guests, providing a cosy space to enjoy group meals. The modern kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils, is located close to the dining room, making it easy to serve meals. Also on this floor is a bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower, as well as a second bathroom with shower that has direct access to the outside, ideal for those who enjoy the swimming pool. On the first floor, the other four bedrooms are located. Two of them are equipped with double beds and en suite bathrooms with bathtub, offering a private and comfortable retreat for guests. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, perfect for younger guests or friends. An additional bathroom with bathtub completes this floor, ensuring everyone has their own space and privacy. The villa also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board for convenience, and if you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided.
The walk to the beach area is perfect for enjoying the views of the skyline and mountains and is lined with pine trees, where you will find charming cafes, restaurants and local shops, so you can enjoy Mallorcan gastronomy and buy unique souvenirs. For nature lovers, Port de Pollença offers access to spectacular hiking trails, such as the path to the Formentor viewpoint, which offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean. It is also possible to visit the nearby Albufera Natural Park, a paradise for birdwatchers. It is a perfect holiday destination.
