Wir waren 8 Tage Ende September in der Finca und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Beschreibung der Finca entsprach genau dem was wir dann vor Ort angetroffen habe. Wir waren mit 9 Leuten dort und hatten ausreichend Platz für alle. Die Aussicht von der Finca ist überwältigend. Man schaut beim Frühstücken auf die Bucht von Pollenca und die dahinterliegenden Berge. Einfach traumhaft. Die Finca war mit allem Ausgestattet was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Pool war sauber und hatte die ideale Größe zum Abkühlen. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und bietet eine schöne Atmosphäre für den Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt war sehr gut und es gab mit der Abwicklung/Schlüsselübergabe keine Probleme. Wir werden die Finca wieder buchen!

Welcome to this nice rural house for 9 guests with a Bay view on the outskirts of Alcudia
Welcome to this charming home for 9 people with a beautiful views to Alcudia Bay.
The outdoor areas are lovely: a chlorinated 8x4m-sized pool with a depth range of 1-1,6m, garden zones, a furnished porch, two furnished terraces (one has an access to the bedroom) and magnificent views to Pollenca Bay. There is a small annex house close to the main house equipped with a barthroom and BBQ.
A 230m2-sized house is distributed over 2 floors and features 5 bedrooms (4 double and a twin room, 4 of bedrooms are on the 1st floor and the 5th is on the ground floor). 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned and one has an ensuite bathroom. For a bedroom which is not equipped with air conditioning a fan can be provided. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. Beside the ensuite bathroom, there are 2 more bathrooms with shower and a bath tube.
A living-dining room is a cozy room to watch a satellite TV or to rest after a sunny day on one of 2 sofas, with a decorative fireplace that highlights the character of the room. There is another dining room. A fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also available.
The house is located 3km from Port Alcudia with all necessary amenities needed for the vacation: bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, beach etc. In Alcúdia old town you can enjoy the typical Mediterranean flair and visit the Roman excavations, the amphitheatre, the town wall and the church. On Thursdays and Sundays there is a local market where you can buy souvenirs and fresh products. Roman ruins are also famous among tourists.
The fine grained sand beach of Puerto de Alcúdia is perfect for families with toddlers. By car you get easily to the beaches like Cap de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Platges de Muro or Puerto de Pollença.

3 guests reviewed this property. Es war schlecht hin ein super Urlaub. Wir waren total überrascht wie groß alles war. Tolles Haus, gepflegter Garten mit viel Obst. Küche und Bäder waren toll ausgestattet. Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten. Jederzeit wieder!!!!
See more Villa superbe, conforme aux photos. Il y a une grosse route juste à côté mais le bruit n'est pas du tout dérangeant. La villa est assez difficile à trouver car l'adresse n'apparait pas sur les GPS. Nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir un super barbecue à disposition dans la villa. Une voiture est indispensable pour rejoindre alcudia ou pollenca. La salle de bain du haut n'est accessible qu'en traversant une des chambres. El cliente recomienda (esto NO se publica): Sería bien tener 2 juegos de llaves disponibles. El baño exterior no se puede cerrar con llave.
