Wonderful villa with private pool and a spectacular garden, surrounded by trees and mountains. The villa is located in Pollença and offers accommodation for 8 people.
The exteriors of this villa are amazing. There is a nice private chlorine pool in the impressive garden that sizes 9 x 4 m, has a depth of 1.1 to 2 m. You can sunbathe on the 8 sun loungers. The porch is perfect to enjoy a delicious barbecue. On the other hand, the terrace is perfect for having breakfast or playing table tennis. The plot is fenced and there is total privacy.
The house has a comfy living room with TV-SAT, a separate dining room and a kitchen with induction cooker. There are four bedrooms with a closet, and four bathrooms, three of them en-suite and with a shower, and the last one with a hydro massage bathtub. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the rest have two single beds. There is a cot and a high chair. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The accommodation is equipped with ducted air conditioning.
The villa is located between the town of Pollença and Cala San Vicente. Pollença is a very beautiful town. In Cala San Vicente, 3 km away, you will find the nearest beach. Pollença Golf Course is 8.6 km away.
