The three storey house was originally built in the XIX century, and has been completely refurbished so it has all the comforts of a new built house. It has capacity for 8 people plus an additional ninth person that could sleep in a foldable bed. There are four bedrooms; two of them are fitted with a double bed and the other two have twin beds and en suite bathroom. There is another bathroom with shower, on the first floor, and a toilet, on the ground floor.

On the ground floor there is the living, dining room and kitchen, which share the same space. In the living room there are two sofas and two armchairs where you can relax while watching TV. The dining area is furnished with a big table, big enough for all of you to get together and enjoy meals. The kitchen is completely equipped with all the electric appliances and utensils you may need during your stay; coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, fruit squeezer, kettle, cutlery, fridge with freezer, etc. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Outside there is a private fenced swimming pool where you can enjoy the good weather and also make barbecues and take advantage of the furnished terrace to do dinners outdoors. There is also a covered Jacuzzi, which use is under an extra fee.

Please note that there are direct neighbours and that pets are not allowed. You can park the car for free on the street.

The house is located right in the centre of Benimeli, at the main square and has views to the mountains. Benimeli is a Muslim founded village that was conquered by the catalan king Jaume I in 1250. It located in the Valley of Girona River, on the feet of Segària Mountain Range. It has 340 inhabitants.

Benimeli is a genuine village that preserves some traditions, such as baking the bread and pastries on the communal wood-burning oven. It is a place for calm and relax in contact with the nature!
