This amazing single family house with private pool is located in Palmanyola, near the Tramuntana Mountains and it's perfect for 8 guests.
The villa features a private, 10m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9m to 2.8m, surrounded by eight sun loungers. The furnished porch with pool views is a nice place to make a barbecue with friends. This nice house is fenced, is located in a urbanisation and there are direct neighbours.
A cosy sitting-dining room with parquet flooring, fireplace and satellite-TV is nice for family-dinners. The fully-equipped kitchen has a vitro hob and a table. A laundry room provides a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There's a toilet on the ground floor.
The first floor comprises four bedrooms, three with two twin beds each and one with a double bed and a bathroom en-suite. All bedrooms come with fan and wardrobe. Additionally, there's a bath with bath tub and bidet. If you travel with a baby, we can supply one cot and one cot and upon request, we can provide up to two. If you need more than four fans, we can supply more upon request and depending on the availability.
The urbanisation of Palmanyola is close to the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, famous for the La Seu Cathedral, the Bellver Castle and the beautiful old town. Furthermore, the Pearl of the Mediterranean is nice for shopping and cultural visits. At the same time, this unique house is close to the Tramuntana Mountains, where you can hike, cycle and visit romantic towns like Fornalutx, Sóller, Biniaraix and Valldemossa.
Regarding the beaches, by car you can go to lots of dreamlike spots like the lively Playa de Palma, the small Cala Blava and the beautiful south-western beaches like Palmanova, Cala Vinyes and Cala Falcó.
Note: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

We stayed there from 14th until 23rd September 2016.We had a fabulous stay at the villa, when we arrived the ladies were still cleaning as we had request an early check in (thank you). They were very helpful and allowed us to put our bags inside the gate while we went shopping. When we arrived back they had finished and when we opened the villa it smelt lovely and fresh and it was clean throughout. Please send our thanks to your cleaning team for helping us with our bags and cleaning it throughly.The villa was really well appointed with everything that we needed. The gardener and pool man came while we were there as well.We had 2 small issues with the wifi and hot water both were sorted out very quickly and efficiently. The wifi passcode was the one on the box in the villa not the one on the paperwork that was given to us. Again these 2 issues did not cause any stress for us and like I said were sorted very quickly. See more We really enjoyed our stay in this Finca. The garden and terrace, where we've spent most of our time, were beautiful. The Poolboy was there to clean the pool when we arrived and once more after 3 days. Even though we were only visiting with 5 people, we had prepared beds + towels for the full capacity of the house (8 people). An extra plus point for the landlord of the Finca. We lost our keys at the beach, contacted the landlord and received new keys for free after just one hour. A clear recommendation!
