Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn Preis und Ausstattung besser aneinander angepasst sind. I liked: Der Ort und die Lage sind wunderschön, sehr ruhig und viel Privatsphäre. Rechts und links Wald und nur angrenzend hinter dem Pool sind Nachbarn. Der Ort selbst mit sehr schönen Restaurants, einem Supermarkt und einen sehr schönen Badebucht ist zu Fuß über eine lange Treppe erreichbar. Der Ort bekommt 10 Punkte von uns, die Lage des Hauses 9 Punkte (für 10 fehlt der Meerblick). Toll waren im Haus die großen Bäder mit offenen Duschen und der sehr gut durchdachte Mückenschutz. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen! I did not like: Für den Preis der Unterkunft den wir bezahlt haben (vielleicht ist dieser besonders hoch ausgefallen durch die sehr Große Reiselust nach Corona), war die Ausstattung nicht angemessen. Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine müssen dringend erneuert werden. und etwas breitere Betten wären schön.

This beautiful villa is ideal for those who love tranquillity and want to explore the island. In the garden you will find an elegant chlorine swimming pool where you can refresh yourself. The pool measures 10x5m and has a depth of between 1.20m and 1.80m. Next to it, there are 8 comfortable sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe. The shaded terrace has a table where you can enjoy delicious meals in an outdoor dining area. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The cosy interior of the single-storey house offers everything you need to relax. The living/dining room has a TV-set and a table with space for 8 people. The kitchen, which is independent and has a ceramic hob, has everything you need to prepare your meals in total comfort. There is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board in the house. The 4 bedrooms, all of which have a fan, are ideal for relaxing after a busy day. One of them has a double bed, while the rest have 2 single beds each. You will also find 2 shower bathrooms and a toilet. If you are travelling with your baby, we can offer you a cot and a highchair.
The location of the house allows you to visit several places of interest easily and quickly. The magical village of Binibeca and its beautiful cove are just a short distance from the property. Other coastal areas are also close by. The Splash Sur water park or the imposing Torre de Punta Prima, situated in a privileged enclave, are also close by. In the picturesque village of Sant Lluís you will find all the comforts to enjoy an independent stay, as well as various restaurants where you can enjoy the typical gastronomy of the Balearic Islands.
