Villa Lurigera

This fantastic rural property with a private swimming pool is located in Campos, and welcomes 6 guests.
Welcome to this wonderful house with private a 11mx4.5m swimming pool, with a deph from 1.1m and 1.6m, our guests favourite place. There is an smaller part inside the pool, about 0.3m deph, so if you are travelling with your kids, they can enjoy swimming and playing too. There are also hammocks and parasols for you to use while sunbathing or relaxing.
The garden is so beautiful and very well manteined, and you can also find a table tennis where you can have so much fun with your friends and/or family, playing tournaments. The furnished porch with swimming pool view, is an ideal place to prepare a barbecue. There is also an external bathroom with a shower. There are another four houses at this plot, but each of them is fenced and they are not communicated between them.

You will feel like at home at the comfortable dining-room, where you can watch a film at the satellite TV or just relax. There is a gas kitchen, where you will find all the necessary amenities that you might need during your stay. There are also a washing machine, an iron and an iron board at your service at one of the bathrooms.

There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, and the other one with two single beds, and all of them have fans and wardrobes. One of the double bedrooms disposes also of a bathroom en suite with a shower. There is another bathroom with a shower too.

This lovely house is located about 15 minutes driving to Es Trenc, where the famous majorcan salt is produced. At Campos and Ses Salines shops, you can buy high quality and different flavours sault. Also you can find all what you might need for your stay, like supermarkets or bars. On Saturdays, takes place the big market, where you can buy fresh local vegetables, fruits, handcraft or clothes.

Take into acount that the swimming pool doesnt have lights.
There is an external parking for 3 cars.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
