Outside, there is a beautiful chlorine pool which sizes 11 x 6 meters and with a depth from 0.8 to 1.8 meters. It is surrounded by a great garden area where you can sunbathe in one of the sunbeds. By the house, you will find an outside dining table for 6 people, which is ideal to have lunch or dinner outdoors. At the other side of the garden, the complete and furnished barbeque area in which you will enjoy grilled meats and vegetables. There is also a children playing area which includes a basket hoop so that you can make your own tourney. The 7000 m2 plot is fenced and privacy is total.

The 200 m2 house has two floors and a current, comfortable and luminous style. On the ground floor, we find a special and ample space shared by the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The living area counts with a sofa and several modern seating furniture to watch the Tv Sat or play any board game available in the house. Then, the dining table for 6 people which is open to a wonderful fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker placed on a fantastic central island. There is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrove and an incredible en suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub on the floor in this same storey. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with a train bed for 2 people. There is also a bathroom with a shower in this floor. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. There are a washing machine, an iron and an iron board as well as central heating for colder days.

This house offers great spaces to enjoy with your family. The beach of Canyamel is only 7.8 kms away, and close to the house you will find the Arta Via Verde (green way) ideal for excursions. Artá is very near and there you will find all services as well as shops and restaurants. Have a look to the agenda of Teatro de Artá in order to fill your holidays with culture and leisure.
