Der Ort ist wirklich abgelegt und hat kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, daher ist ein Auto zwingend notwendig. Der Strand ist kein aber einzigartig. Wir kommen wieder.

Welcome to this wonderful house with private pool, in the urbanization of Cala Pi, at only 450m from the beach. It is prepared for 7 persons, with the possibility to sleep up to 8 persons (for an additional fee).The fabulous outdoor area counts with a private 7,5mx3,5mx[1,5m-1,9m] chlorine pool, an exterior shower, a furnished porch and a barbecue for great dinners and enjoying long evenings with friends and family.
On the groundfloor of this beautiful, 2-storey house you will find a comfortable, luminous living room with a sofa, air conditioning and satellite TV. It opens to the dining-kitchen, which is prepared with a dining table for 8 persons. The kitchen works with a hob and is prepared with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect family dinner. On this floor, there is one bedroom with three individual beds, as well as a guestroom.
The other 3 bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Two of them count with a double bed, airconditioning and acces to an espectacular, furnished terrace, from which to enjoy the seaview (you can even see the island of Cabrera from here! One of the double bedrooms counts with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom counts with 2 individual beds. On request, there are two baby beds and highchairs available. There is one bathroom with a bath tub, for general use, on this floor.
A washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board are all available.
The house is situated in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. In Cala Pi you will find all basic services you might need during your stay. The village of Lluchmajor is situated at 17km. There you will find all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It is very easy to reach. You will also enjoy visiting Palma, the islands' capital, with all its' cultural and touristic higlights, shopping centers, restaurants and such more.
