In the exteriors you will also find a 5m2 furnished porch to have dinner “al fresco” with family and / or friends. On the property there is also a mobile barbecue and a sauna for you to use. The property is fenced and covers an area of 1800m2, with 150m2 of private lawn garden. Within the plot 3 cars can be comfortably parked.

The property has a fully furnished area with air conditioning and that is where the living room, kitchen and dining room are. The kitchen, which is in the same space, is fully equipped (it includes an electric stove) for you to enjoy cooking your best dishes. As for the laundry, it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house has 1 bathroom in the house and another bathroom annexed to the pool (both bathrooms with shower) with a sauna to make your stay in the property more comfortable. The house also has 2 radiators available for the colder months.

Alcoy is known for its Moors and Christians festivities in honor of Saint George and are declared of International Tourist Interest since 1980 and considered the cradle of all the other festivities held in the Valencia region. The natural landscape takes on a special significance in Natural Park of Carrascal de la Font Roja, a privileged place to enjoy the mixed Mediterranean forest vegetation. The medieval towers are very interesting. You can walk along the terraces and balustrades which look down to the river with wonderful views of the Bridge of Sant Jordi. It is interesting to visit the historic buildings and landmarks at night, the lighting is beautiful. You will also find a variety of bars and restaurants where you can recover and take something to drink and eat.
