Villa Mata de son catiu

This enchanting villa is situated in Artà and can comfortably accommodate 4 - 5 peope.
This amazing villa features a 4 x 3.5 m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.10 m, an exterior shower, a BBQ and a nice garden. On the terrace you can start your day with a large breakfast with your loved ones. There is a tennis court, which is shared with two neighbours.

On the plot, there are four villas in total; one of them is the owner's house, who will maintain the villa and its installations during your holiday. If you are a group, you could rent the three independent houses, pending on the availability. This nice, 95 m2 cottage has two twin bedrooms, two shower bathrooms, a dining room with satellite-TV and fireplace and a kitchen with gas stove. The kitchen has basic equipment, but there is no oven and no blender. We can supply a cot, a high chair and an extra bed upon request.

The laundry area, situated on the plot, is shared with two neighbors, and there you will find a washer, an iron and an ironing board.

Artà is a medieval village where you can take a nice walk, have a coffee or visit the church, where you can enjoy lovely views over the city and the surroundings. In the centre, you will find a supermarket, cafés, bars, pharmacies and banks.

Regarding the beaches, the north coast has many nice beaches. Son Serra de Marina, a mix between sand and rocks, is fantastic if you are searching for nature, the small sandy bay Cala Torta is ideal if you wish to get away from it all and in Cala Mesquida you'll find restaurants and shops.
