Welcome to this great country house on the outskirts of Gandía, where 4-6 guests can enjoy a exceptional private pool with mountain views.
A large 9 x 5 chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 1.80 metres, surrounded by a beautiful mountain landscape, is the perfect company to enjoy the good weather and disconnect form the everyday life. If you come with your little ones, they will be safe since it features children protection. You can take a walk throughout the same finca, since there are many corners full of fruit trees like orange and lemon trees, almond and olive tress, walnut, fig and pine trees. This relaxing moment is perfect before or after a delicious breakfast or a barbecue under the porch.

You enter the house from the porch, and you find a large room where the gas kitchen, the dining area and the living room come together. Here you can prepare your best recipes and enjoy them on the table easily. Later on, rest and relax on the sofas while watching a TV film. There are two bedrooms with a closet each where you can rest at night. One features a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. Two extra guests can sleep on the sofa bed of the living room. if you are coming with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. The house presents two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, where you will also find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. The accommodation is equipped with oil central heating for the winter months, and there is one AC unit at the bedrooms corridor and one fan available.

Gandía, with a very soft weather during winter and a moderately warm summer, is a desired destiny. It not only offers a great variety of services, but also the city centre is fabulous and famous thanks to the Ducal Palace, the ancient residence of the Borja family. If you feel like going to the beach, Playa de Gandía is about 12 km away. It is a long extension of fine sand and blue waters, beach bars, ice-cream parlours, restaurants ans shops.
