Welcome to this beautiful villa overlooking the countryside, located in a quiet residential area in Crestatx, in the center of the island. It offers all the amenities you will need, and it can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
The exterior area of the house is great. The property features a large chlorine swimming pool which measures 8x4 meters with a depth ranging from 1.5 m to a maximum of 1.8 m. In the pool surroundings, there are two furnished terraces, a 25m2 one and another with 11.5m2; and also a 12m2 furnished porch. In the pool area there are 3 loungers so you can sunbathe and, in the same area, you will find a convenient outside shower to cool off or rinse off the salt when you come from the beach. The property also has a mobile barbecue so you can enjoy cooking outdoors. The 120m2 garden is fenced in and surrounded by hedges; therefore the property has partial privacy. In the courtyard you can park 1 car, and you will not have any trouble parking in the street.
The villa has a comfortable atmosphere and is an excellent choice for those seeking a relaxing holiday. Sit in the air-conditioned living room- dining room area and relax with a good book or watching satellite TV. The home’s living room-dining room area is separated from the kitchen by a large arcade and two steps. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 3 of the five bedrooms have double beds, while the other 2 have twin beds, making it ideal for families with children or groups of friends. The house has air conditioning in the living room and you can also have access to 5 fans, 1 baby crib and 1 high chair, if you were to need them.
The closest sandy beaches are Port of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro, which you can reach in just 15 minutes by car. Their fine sand and moderate waves make them the perfect destination for families with children. In a short drive, you can also get to the beautiful village of Pollença. Years ago, artists and writers used to live in this beautiful place and you can still feel its charm by walking through its narrow cobbled streets. The most attractive places in Pollença are the Roman Bridge and El Calvari, a small chapel at the top of a hill right in the center of town which you can access by climbing a 365 step staircase. The views from the top are worth it! In Sa Pobla, the nearest town, Sunday is market day, so you will find all the shops opened and a great atmosphere. This town is one of the most important ones as far as the production of vegetables and fruits are concerned, so you will have access to high quality products.
