You can find this spectacular villa with pool and views of Cala Mandia in the east of Mallorca and offers a second home for 6 people
The houses in this area are built on rocks so you have a beautiful view of the cove. The chlorine pool has a size of 7m x 4.2m and a depth between 1.2m and 2m, it is a private pool and only available to our guests. The wooden terrace invites you to sunbathe in one of our four sun loungers or to enjoy a delicious barbecue with friends.

The property has a stepped structure, that´s the reason why three bedrooms and a bathroom with bath are located on floor -1. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with their own bathroom with a shower and the other two bedrooms have twin beds each. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.

The main entrance is on the ground floor, where you can find a bright and modern livingroom, equipped with satellite TV. Aswell, this floor has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic vitro, washing machine, iron and ironing board and a kitchen sink. On the floor -2 you will find the swimming pool with a bathroom who got a shower. This villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room.

Cala Mandia is a beautiful sandy cove, which lies in the west of Mallorca. On the beach you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds and in the town center you can find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Nearby there are many wonderful beaches, including Cala Romantica, Cales de Mallorca and Porto Cristo. A few kilometers away you will find the famous Caves of Drach, a very interesting and beautiful underground world. The cave system hosts a lake and an orchestra plays classical music on a little boat. Cala Millor is perfect to enjoy for both adults and children, because there are many great bars for nightlife for the adults and for the children there is a safari-zoo, where the children can see exotic animals.


Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
