The villa works with solar energy and counts with a fabulous outdoor area: a 10mx5mx[0,5-2m] chlorine pool, a well taken care of terrace and a furnished porch with a barbecue, for great afternoons with family or friends. Breathe the mediterranean athmosphere, relaxing on one of the 6 sun loungers.

Inside the house, you can still see the high, semicircular ceilings from the mill. The is decorated and furnished in typical Mallorcan style. The huge living room counts with satellite TV. The kitchen works with gas. The dining room has acces to the outside porch.

The house counts with 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed 2 with two individual beds. On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. There are two bathrooms: 1 en-suite bathroom with a shower and 1 with a bath tub , for general use. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board available. For summer, the house counts with 3 fans and, for winter, there is central heating.

In the area of Porreres there are some restaurants and bars, which offer typical Mallorcan menus. You will enjoy visiting the beaches of Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita, with fine, white sand. The beautiful, well-known beach of Es Trenc is situated at only 22km. Furthermore, you will find beaches like Cala Anguila, Porto Colom and Porto Cristo.
