Villa Moligran

Welcome to this 300-year-old farm near Campos, surrounded by olive trees. The house was completely refurbished in 2012 and sleeps 12 people.
The 200 m2 one-storey house has six double bedrooms; four of them have double beds and two are fitted with two twin beds each. All of them have enough space for a cot if needed. The house has three en-suite bathrooms, one independent shower bathroom and one toilet.

The sitting room is spacious and fitted with comfortable sofas; a perfect place to relax while talking to your friends or just reading. The whole house is furnished in a traditional Majorcan rustic style mixed with some modern elements, what gives the house a very nice and distinguished flair. The dining area is fitted with table and seats so that you can all get together and enjoy your meals. All rooms are fitted with fans. The kitchen is completely equipped with all electric appliances and utensils you might need during your stay.

The a semi-covered terrace is perfect for having breakfast or dinner outside. The porch next to the 50 m2 pool (chlorine water) is the favourite spot of our guests. Dive into the cool water and take a bath in the sun on one of the sun loungers that surround the pool.

The outside area has around 500 m2 including a grass area, garden, swimming pool, terraces and porches. You will take advantage of the good Mediterranean weather while making a barbecue or playing table tennis.
On the same plot there are three more houses so it could be a good option for a very big group of friends or family who want to spend holidays together but have, at the same time, their own space and privacy.

The house and its surroundings are very peaceful and are the perfect place for a relaxing stay. The plot, of 1500 m2, and its environment invite you to walk around the countryside through the small paths, which are also very nice for cycling. The house is only 2.3 km far from Campos, where you will find whatever you need during your stay: supermarket, health centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. The village has a special atmosphere, with the mixture of the tradition of the locals and the bohemia of the tourists. By car you can reach Es Trenc beach or Colònia de Sant Jordi in 10 minutes. Palma is just 30 minutes far away by car. There you can do some touristic and cultural routes, as well as do some shopping.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
