Villa Monteverde

Cozy house between fields on the outskirts of Ariany, in the center of Mallorca. It has a private elevated pool and capacity for 6 people.
The exteriors of this house are wonderful. They offer a refreshing elevated chlorine pool that measures 7 x 5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.10 to 2.10 meters. Next to it, you will find 4 comfortable loungers to relax in the sun and a table where you can have a drink under the umbrella. Next to the house, the porch is perfect for enjoying a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there are neighbors close by.

The single-storey house has a rustic and cozy style. The charming dining room is equipped with satellite TV, AC, fireplace and table for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and has a gas stove. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, one with a truckle bed and the last one with a bunk bed. There is an AC unit in the hallway to acclimatise the bedrooms. There are also 2 bathrooms with showers. Finally, we can supply you with a cot and a high chair for you if you are traveling with your baby.

The house is located on the outskirts of Ariany, where you can enjoy the clear views of the fields and the tranquility of the surroundings. Its central location on the island will allow you to visit any point quickly. In Ariany there is a supermarket and restaurant but you will find more services in the nearby towns of Petra and Sineu. The closest beach is Can Picafort, although the Levante beaches such as Porto Cristo or Cala Mendia are also nearby.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
