Welcome to this wonderful countryside house with a private swimming pool located in Manacor, for 4 to 6 guests.
This lovely private two floor house with typical majorcan stoned front facade, disposes of a private chlorine 3m x 4m swimming pool, with a deph of 1.60m, surrounded by a terrace with 4 hammocks, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the good weather. There is a very nice furnished porch, ideal to have a delicious dinner.

At the main floor, you will find a comfortable dining- room, where you can watch the satellite TV or just relax at the sofa. There is a spacious equipped gas kitchen, with all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay. The TV in the kitchen has no satellite. There are also a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The lovely living room with a fireplace will be perfect to relax.

At the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed each and a practical bathroom with a shower. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. Also, we can provide two extra beds as well and three fans if needed.

The property is located at an idyllic countryside area where you can discover a different Majorca. It as easy access by the motorway to different leisure and lively areas, and we recommend a visit to the sublimes Calas de Mallorca or Cala Magrana where you will feel like in paradise. Only 0.5 km separate the house from Manacor village, where you dispose of all the public and business services you might need during your stay.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Note:This property cant accept under 25 years old guests, except if they travel with their parents. We need ID copies from every person to accept the reservation.
