Rustic styled, charming cottage with private pool in Artà, 8 km from the coast. It accommodates 6 people.
This Majorcan cottage with stone lined facade has wonderful views overlooking the rolling hills and the woods. The private, 12 x 5 meters chlorine pool is surrounded by vegetation and a nice terrace with six loungers, two parasols and an exterior shower. The depth is ranging from 1.2 to 1.5 meters. A staircase leads to the furnished porch. Have breakfast with your loved ones, only accompanied by the birds' morning songs. The upper terrace has a mobile barbecue, so everybody will find its favorite place. The 31.000 m2 sized plot is fenced and there are no next-door neighbors.

Inside, enjoy living in a cozy and stylish environment with lots of lovely details so you can feel like home from the first moment. The living-dining room is open to the kitchen. There's a TV with satellite channels, a stove for winter days and a dining table where you can share laughs and talks in the evening. The original kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, kitchenware, highchair and a dishwasher among other things. A laundry area provides you with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There's a shower bathroom available on the ground floor. There are two twin bedrooms with fan and wardrobe on the ground floor; one has access to a terrace. If you come with your baby, we can prepare a cot in one of this bedrooms. A staircase goes up to the first floor where the third bedroom is. This room has two single beds, a wardrobe, fan, en-suite bath with bathtub and has access to the upper terrace. The house has central heating for the winter. The owner has opted for solar cells in order to protect the environment.

Artà surprises with a beautiful landscape with rolling green hills, woods and nice bays and sand beaches along the coast. If you like playing golf, Capdepera Golf Course is less than 3 km. Artà and Capdepera are both medieval villages with cobbled streets and a charming old town. You could visit the Castle of Capdepera or the chapel Santuario de Sant Salvador in the outskirts of Artà. Everything you may need during your stay like supermarkets or restaurants can be found in both villages. The next beach Son Moll is in Cala Ratjada, a lively town during the summer where you can enjoy the pubs and discotheques. Visit also the beaches of Font de Sa Cala, Canyamel or Cap des Pinar.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
