Pure beauty and style emanating from this fantastic town house for 8 guests with private pool in Artà.
This is a recently renewed house with an exceptional architectonic quality that you can feel also in the beautiful courtyard which achieves a perfect integration of the chlorine pool. No doubt, this is a little oasis sizing 4x2 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.4 metres where you can cool off and relax after a delicious barbecue outdoors. Afterwards, you can bask in the sun while reading a good book on any of the two sun loungers.
From here you can directly access the practical and useful open room that offers a kitchen, living room and dinin area all together and air-conditioned. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and coffee maker, among other appliances -to feel at home when you are cooking-, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The sitting area is ideal to have a rest, chat or watch TV on the comfortable sofas. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, three of them with a closet and the last one with a dressing room. On the main floor we find two bedrooms with two twin beds each and a shower bathroom for the whole floor. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms with two twin beds and an en-suite shower bathroom each. One of these also offers direct access to a great terrace where you can admire the peaceful way of life of the streets in this village. One radiator completes the equipment.
The house is located in a peaceful and central area in Artà, where all public services, shops and restaurants are at your reach. Those who love playing golf will find several courses around, specially the one in Capdepera only 5.1 km away. The beaches are easily and shortly accessible like, for example, Cala de Son Moll in Cala Ratjada, about 11 km away.

Trotz unseres sehr verspäteteten Eintreffens wegen Flugverspätung verlief die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Zwar war niemand sofort dort, das kann man ja auch von keinem erwarten dass sie da Stunden an der Tür stehen und auf die verspäteten Gäste warten, aber wir meldeten uns bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer und es waren so ca. 5 Minuten bis die Dame kam und uns einließ und uns kurz alles erklärte. Es waren eine große Schüssel mit Obst, eine tolle Flasche Rotwein, traditionelles Gebäck und im Kühlschrank Milch, Wasser und ein 6Pack bereitgestellt, was uns natürlich sehr erfreute. Alle anderen Sachen die wir benötigten konnten wir im 5 Gehminuten entfernten Eroski Supermarkt bekommen. Kleiner Markt aber sehr gut sortiert und mit Fleisch-und Wursttheke. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer ziemlich ruhigen Straße nahe des Zentrums von Arta. Es gibt diverse Restaurants und Bars, da ist für jeden was dabei. Das Stadthaus ist perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und makellos sauber. Die Betten waren herrlich bequem, Badezimmer großzügig, und die Terasse ludt zum Relaxen ein. Die Bade-und Handtücher waren so was von flauschig und rochen fantastisch :) Nach einem Gewittersturm lief die Klimaanlage im Tagesraum nicht, wir sendeten Barbara eine WhatsApp und innerhalb von wenigen Minuten war sie da und behob die Störung. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wir waren zu Viert, aber eine größere Familie/Gruppe hat definitiv Genügend Platz dort.Der kleine, saubere Pool war mir persönlich zu kalt, aber denke das andere Menschen vielleicht nicht so empfindlich sind.
Despite our very late arrival due to a flight delay, the key handover went smoothly. Although no one was there straight away, you can't expect anyone to stand at the door for hours waiting for the late guests, but we called the phone number provided and it took about 5 minutes for the lady to come let us in and briefly explained everything to us. There was a large bowl of fruit, a great bottle of red wine, traditional pastries and milk, water and a 6 pack in the fridge, which of course made us very happy. We were able to get all the other things we needed at the Eroski supermarket, a 5-minute walk away. Small market but very well stocked and with a meat and sausage counter. The property is located on a fairly quiet street near the center of Arta. There are various restaurants and bars, there is something for everyone. The townhouse is perfectly and tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the terrace invited you to relax. The bath and hand towels were so fluffy and smelled fantastic :) After a thunderstorm, the air conditioning in the day room didn't work, we sent Barbara a WhatsApp and within a few minutes she was there and fixed the problem. I can highly recommend this accommodation, there were four of us, but a larger family/group definitely has enough space there. The small, clean pool was too cold for me personally, but I think that other people might not be so sensitive.

La ubicación de la casa es ideal, ya que combina tranquilidad con la cercanía al casco antiguo, así como aparcamiento en la misma puerta, supermercado, farmacia, y tiendas locales. Nos quedamos con ganas de volver.
Perfect stay for a large family like ours with 8 people, large and open spaces. The location of the house is ideal, as it combines tranquility with proximity to the old town, as well as parking at the door, supermarket, pharmacy, and local shops. We are looking forward to returning.
See more Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Standort in Arta ist perfekt! Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz in der Straße (fast) immer verfügbar. Alle Räume sehr groß, hell und sauber. Sehr gute und leise Klimaanlage für die ganz heißen Tage. Bäder/Duschen top!!Wenn uns vielleicht etwas gefehlt hat, dann etwas Farbe und Atmosphäre im Patio unten. Dieser wirkt sehr nüchtern durch die weiße Ausstattung von Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen. Auch Sitzkissen und Tischdecke wären schön gewesen, um es etwas gemütlicher zu haben - so wirkte es auf uns leider zu steril. Der Wäschewechsel und die Poolreinigung nach 1 Woche ist ein sehr außergewöhnlicher Service für ein Ferienhaus. Vielen Dank an Barbara für den herzlichen Empfang mit Wein, Brot und Obstkorb und den super Service!!
We really liked the house. Location in Arta is perfect! Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Street parking is (almost) always available. All rooms are very large, bright and clean. Very good and quiet air conditioning for very hot days. Bathrooms/showers great!! If there was perhaps anything we were missing, it was some color and atmosphere in the patio downstairs. This appears very sober due to the white furnishings of the table, chairs and loungers. Seat cushions and a tablecloth would also have been nice to make it a little more comfortable - unfortunately it seemed too sterile for us. The linen change and pool cleaning after 1 week is a very exceptional service for a holiday home. Many thanks to Barbara for the warm welcome with wine, bread and fruit basket and the great service!!
See more Wer ARTA liebt wird die Unterkunft lieben.Immer ein Parkplatz vor der Tür und fussläufig ins Zentrum.Das Haus ist neu und toll ausgestattet, drei Bäder und überall Klimaanlage. Super rennoviert. Absolut bester Standard.Der Pool ist klein, reicht aber völlig aus, sogar mit zwei-drei kleinen Kindern. Sehr sauber, sehr nette Gastgeber die sich sofort um alles kümmern, wenn mal was sein sollte. Und da unser Flug gecancelt wurde, ist ja Coronatime, und wir einen Flug erst einen Tag später bekommen hatten - war es unkompliziert um eine Nacht zu verlängern. Und Achtung. Ohne Bezahlung. Mega Kundenservice. No gustó · Unwesentlich. Aber in der Küche ein wenig mehr Utensilien, wäre schön. Von allem etwas mehr.
Anyone who loves ARTA will love the accommodation. There is always a parking space in front of the door and within walking distance of the center. The house is new and well equipped, three bathrooms and air conditioning everywhere. Super renovated. Absolutely the best standard. The pool is small, but sufficient, even with two or three small children. Very clean, very nice hosts who take care of everything immediately if something should happen. And since our flight was canceled, it was Corona time, and we didn't get a flight until a day later - it was easy to extend it by one night. And be careful. Without payment. Great customer service. No gustó · Insignificant. But a little more utensils in the kitchen would be nice. A little more of everything.
See more Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben sogar Obst,Milch und Wein zum Empfang bekommen.Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und Modern was wir sehr schätzen.Es gab genügend Handtücher eine Waschmaschine und sogar ein Bügelbrett.Wir haben gegrillt und hatten als 7 Köpfige Familie genug Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen.Der Pool wurde einmal während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt und es hat unseren Kindern Spaß gemacht darin zu Baden.Die Kommunikation war auch vorab sehr gut und freundlich.Wir hatten genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.Abends auf der Veranda zu sitzen ist sehr schön gewesen.Mit dem Auto konnten wir tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen.Es ist dort schöner als in irgendwelchen Hotelburgen am Strand(viel authentischer).Arta ist sehr schön auch Dienstags wenn der Markt in dem kleinen Städtchen stattfindet.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder…Mallorca ist einmalig schön,wir wären gerne länger geblieben!
We received a very warm welcome and were even given fruit, milk and wine at the reception. The furnishings are simple and modern, which we really appreciate. There were enough towels, a washing machine and even an ironing board. We had a barbecue and as a family of 7 we had enough space to eat together. The pool was cleaned once during our stay and our children enjoyed swimming in it. The communication in advance was also very good and friendly. We had plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. Sitting on the veranda in the evening was very nice. We were able to take great trips around the area by car. It's nicer there than in any of the hotel castles on the beach (much more authentic). Arta is also very nice on Tuesdays when the market takes place in the small town. We would love to come back…Mallorca is uniquely beautiful, we would have liked to have stayed longer!

Todas nuestras dudas y preguntas han sido atendidas. En cuanto a la casa, es tal como se muestra, un salón amplio con la terraza y piscina. La limpieza brilla sola y sobre todo nos hemos sentido como en casa. especial mención a Barbara y a su familia, todos son muy amables y nos han tratado super bien. No gustó · Todo en orden, quizas por decir una pequeña sugerencia para la mejora en general es poner un poco de cesped articial en la parte cercana de la piscina. al salir de ella se moja y resbala un poco pero con cuidado se disfruta igual.
Very well is an understatement. Since we booked, during and until the last day:) The attention received from Homerti is unbeatable. All our doubts and questions have been answered. As for the house, it is as shown, a spacious living room with a terrace and pool. The cleanliness shines by itself and above all we have felt at home. Special mention to Barbara and her family, everyone is very friendly and has treated us very well. Did not like · Everything in order, perhaps to say a small suggestion for improvement in general is to put a little artificial grass in the near part of the pool. When you get out of it it gets wet and slippery a little but with care you can still enjoy it.

The wonderful town house was immaculate when we arrived with some welcome gifts. Check in was easy we were met on the property by the host who was lovely. The house is wonderful everything we needed for our stay with small family was supplied. The pool was delightful for cooling off in after a hot day. The location of the house is perfect being a few steps from the town centre and all the things going on. We enjoyed adult evenings on the upper terrace as well once the kids were asleep. The house is amazing Arta is a lovely little Spanish town with culture. We would absolutely return and would highly recommend this house for a holiday to anyone.

See more La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotografías, una vivienda antigua totalmente reformada con muchísimo gusto y calidad. Perfectamente acondicionada con todo lo q se necesita para una estancia (menaje de cocina completo, cafeteras, toallas de ducha y piscina,..) El trato con la propietaria muy agradable y la limpieza impecable.
The house is just as seen in the photographs, an old house completely renovated with great taste and quality. Perfectly equipped with everything you need for a stay (complete kitchenware, coffee makers, shower and pool towels,...) The owner was very pleasant to deal with and the cleanliness was impeccable.

A mi chemin entre les criques du nord est et sud est de l'ile.La maison est neuve, décorée avec goût, très propre, trois salles de bain et trois wc, ce qui appréciable quand on part à plusieurs, pour notre cas, 8 personnes. Dislike · Pour être parfait, il faudrait juste un peu plus de vaisselle (tasse à café, dessous de plat, ramequin, un plat à paella)
