Villa Nargonyana

Wonderful and pretty country house on the outskirts of Artà for 6 guests.
The exterior of this amazing house is dominated by the chlorine swimming pool which sizes 5 x 10 m and has a depth of 1 to 1.7 m. After a refreshing dip you can sunbathe under the warm Mallorcan sun in one of the 4 sun loungers. Or maybe you prefer to protect from the sun under one of the two sun umbrellas if it is too hot. The 15m2 terrace is furnished and it is ideal to have a drink after dinner while admiring the starry sky. From the outside, there is also access the garden of the house covered with typical fruit trees as well as orange and lemon trees. The 25.000 m2 property is fenced and there are no neighbours around.

The 220 m2 country house is disposed into two heights, the ground floor and an inferior one, as well as an annex attached to the house.
In this way, on the ground floor there is a fantastic rustic living and dining room, with a dining table for 4 dining guests apart from 2 sofas. Right here, you can watch a film on TV -Sat or enjoy the warm fire of the wood stove in the coldest nights. Likewise, there is also a ceramic cooktop kitchen, as well as a laundry provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation is also equipped with 2 fans and central heating. Ultimately, there are two dormitories that feature two single beds in each, in addition to a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. One of these two bedrooms is located on the ground floor and its bathroom has a shower. Moreover, there is a second bathroom with bathtub on the inferior floor. Regarding the attached annex to the house, to which you access from the pool area, offers a third dormitory with double bed, en-suite shower bathroom and wardrobe.

This house is 1 km away from Artà, which is a lovely village near to the northern coast of Mallorca. There you will find all the services that you may need such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants,... The closest beach is Cala Mesquida and it is about 10 minutes away by car, although you can also visit other lovely beaches like Caló des Ermitans or Cala Torta.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
