Welcome to this charming rustic house near Sineu. It is prepared for 6 persons.
The beautiful, rustic outside area counts with green areas, two furnished terraces, a well-furnished porch, a barbecue, a 7,30m x 4,50m chlorine pool (depth from 1,50m-1,70m), fruit trees and wonderful views.

The 160m2 2-storey house counts with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor: 2 with 2 individual beds each and 1 with a double bed. On request, there is a baby cot and a highchair available. On each floor, there is a bathroom with a bath tub, for general use.

The living room is furnished very rusticly, with stone sofas with cushions, 2 easy chairs, satellite TV and a fire place. The dining room counts with a dining table and chairs for 6. The typical Mallorcan kitchen, with stone shelves, works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Sineu is a beautiful village, surrounded by agricultural activity. The village is famous for its huge weekly wednesday-market with local products, cheese, sausages, vegetables, fruit, animals, etc. The small villages that surround Sineu are enchanting. You might want to visit Sencelles, Costitx, María de la Salut, Lloret de Vistalegre, Llubí, etc.
