This fabulous house is situated in Son Mesquida, Felanitx, in the beautiful South-West of Mallorca. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
This property features a 8.5 m x 4 m private chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 1.60 m, an exterior shower and a BBQ. The terrace is a nice corner to have dinner with your loved ones.

This house offers accommodation on 160 m2 and one floor. The interior is characterized by elegant comforts, bright colours and nice details, to make you feel at home from the very first moment. There are three bedrooms with A/C, two with two twin beds and one with a double bed and a shower-bathroom en suite. Apart of the private bathroom, there is another shower bathroom in the house.

The tastefully furnished living-dining room with A/C invites you to watch satellite-TV, read a good book or share long table-talks with your friends. In the kitchen with vitro hob and dining table you will find the necessary utensils to cook up a feast. Additionally, you will have access to a washer, an iron and an ironing board.

The village Felanitx is 3 km away and there you will find shops, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. Every Sunday takes place the local market where the farmers offer fresh fruits and vegetables. You can also visit the market of Santanyí, which takes place on Saturday.

If you are a golf-player, you can practise the perfect tee-off in Vall D'Or, a well-kept golf course, which is only 17 km away. By car you can easily reach the beautiful coast and enjoy a pleasant day on the beach. Cala D'Or, Cala Mondragó, Portopetro, Cala Figuera, Cala Murada and Es Trenc are nice, fine grained sand beaches.
