Villa Osca

Welcome to this cozy townhouse, near the sea, in Badia Blava. It accommodates 8 people + 1 extra.
In the beautiful exterior areas you can find a chlorine pool of 6 x 3 m and a depth ranging from 1 to 2 m, several terraces, two fully equipped porches and a barbecue.

The house of 160 m2 is distributed over three floors. it has 4 bedrooms; one on the ground floor with double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with bathtub; and three on the 1st floor, one with double bed and two twin beds each (one of them also equipped with air conditioning). Two of the bedrooms have TV. The extra space can be accommodated in a single folding bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There is one bathroom with bathtub on the 1st floor.

The living room is very cozy and features two sofas, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, a dining table with chairs, a fireplace and air conditioning. The separate kitchen with vitro stove, has all the necessary utensils and a dining area. A washing machine iron and ironing board are also available. There is oil central heating throughout the whole house.

Badia Blava is a residential area belonging to Llucmajor, and is located in the coastal area of the Bay of Palma. It is a very quiet and very well connected location. In the area you find everything you might need during your stay.
Palma is only 20 minutes by car. It is a very nice and welcoming city, where you will find all kinds of local and international commerces. Shopping lovers will enjoy different malls and great multitude of shops. There are a variety of entertainment, both night and day. During the day, you can stroll through the beautiful streets of the city or along the promenade, visit the cateddral "La Seu" with magnificent sea views, walk in galley or bike, visit different museums or art galleries, visit the "Castell Bellver", etc. And at night, you can enjoy a different tapas bars, clubs, bars, pubs, etc.

Next to the city, there are various water parks Aqualand, WesternPark, etc. Do not miss also the visit to Palma Aquarium.
