Restored, 2-story, rustic farmhouse located in the countryside setting of Son Macia, Manacor. It has magnificent views of the countryside and the forest, there are animals, and it can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The exteriors are located on a large plot and there is 1 6x3,5m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.60 m. In the pool area you will find 1 shower, 6 sunbeds and 1 umbrella in case you want to relax in the sun. On this property there is one 35m2 paved surface and 1 30m2 lawn one. The exteriors are spacious and there is also 1 vegetable garden (which can be accessed under the supervision of the owner of the property) and a fenced area with fruit trees. The house is divided into 2 parts, the top and the bottom areas. The top is the tenant area, and at the bottom of the property is where the owners live. The exteriors are exclusively used by tenants, and owners will not bother you at all. At the bottom there is 1 40m2 furnished terrace, located just below a large tree, where you can enjoy endless evenings with your loved ones. You have to take into account that there are a variety of animals such as doves (there is even a dovecote), horses (which can be mounted in the presence of the owner) goats, chickens... Going up the stairs towards the 1stF you will find a 20m2 furnished porch where you can share unforgettable moments with family and friends. There is also a mobile barbecue through which you can delight your guests with your best outdoor creations. There are 4 spaces to park vehicles and the property’s privacy is considered partial. It is interesting to know that the owners have 2 bikes which tenants are allowed to use.

When you enter the home, you will find the beautiful living room with fireplace where, without a doubt, you will be able to relax watching satellite TV, listening to music or through a good read. To the right of the main door, there is a small foyer where you can leave your belongings and which takes you to the furnished kitchen. The kitchen has rustic style, and it is very spacious and original. There, you can enjoy sharing after-eating talks with family and friends, and it provides you with everything you need to surprise your guests with your culinary creations, including gas stove. The property’s laundry area is on the ground floor and is shared with the home owners. There you have access to 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with 1 double bed and the 3rd one with 2 single beds. All rooms have closets, central heating, and 1 of them has 1 air conditioning unit. There is 1 bathroom with bathtub in the house and, as a whole, there is air conditioning in 1 bedroom, 1 fan, and 1 crib for the younger children.

This beautiful property is located in Son Macia a town in the municipality of Manacor. This is a very quiet town with few inhabitants, but it has the basic amenities you may need during your stay. From this town, you can easily access the beaches of the area, such as Cala Domingos, Cala Romantica and Cala Mendia. This area is also suitable for hiking and excursions. Just 8km away is the town of Manacor, which is one of the most important of the island. Some of the features which are the highlight of Manacor are the manufacture of artificial pearls, and its furniture industry. In Manacor you can visit the caves of Drach and Hams, which are two of the main touristic attractions of the area.
