This wonderful house is located in Santanyí, it has a private pool and offers a second home for 5 guests.
The above ground chlorine pool which sizes 2.5 x 2.5 meters and has a depth of 1.6 meters is the protagonist of the house. It is surrounded by a terrace with two sunbeds and an outside shower, the ideal place to sunbathe. Several porches invite to cook a barbecue and have lunch with all the family. The plot is fenced and there are nearby neighbours.

When you get in, an air-conditioned living-dining room invites to watch a film in the TV (only local channels) or simply rest on the sofa. The independent kitchen has a gas hob and has all tools to cook for a banquet. The laundry offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house counts with 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the last one a single bed. there are two bathrooms. One is an en-suite shower bathroom and the second with a bathtub. You will find a cot and a high chair for the little guests.

Santanyí is a village in the South of the island very well known by its touristic attractive. The house is only 1.5 km away from the coast. The village is ideal to enjoy an incredible vacation. Its precious coves and virgin beaches are ideal to rest and disconnect and spend a dreamy holiday. Don't miss the Mondragó Natural Park area, ideal to watch the native species and the unbeatable landscape.
