This charming terraced house in Campanet, in the north of Mallorca, can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
Start your day with a swim in the private 6 x 3 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 1.70 m. The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace with eight sun loungers and a BBQ. This beautiful property has a winter garden with an old fountain, where you can have dinner with friends. Upstairs, there is a small, non-furnished terrace with views over the village. The plot is fenced.
In the sitting room you can watch the TV (with satellite and Smart-TV). The dining room has access to the fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob. Additionally, this property has a laundry with a washer, an iron and an ironing board. Besides, there's one safe. There are four comfortable twin bedrooms with fans; three of them on the ground floor and one on the first floor. We can supply a cot and a high chair in case you come with a baby. There is one shower bathroom inside the house and one outdoor shower bathroom next to the pool.
Imagine, after a lovely dinner and a fine glass of wine, you can walk home and it’s not necessary to go by car. As this villa is located in the center of Campanet, you can walk to the main square where you will find a grocery shop, a few nice restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a bank. Campanet is close to the Tramuntana Mountains, in the Western region of Mallorca. There, you can make lovely hiking and cycling routes and have a good time in the midst of nature. The monastery of Lluc is a starting point for many hiking trails, for example the old path from Lluc to Pollensa, called Camí Vell de Lluc a Pollensa. Furthermore, Campanet is famous for its caves and the chapel and it is possible to walk there. By car you can explore the Tramuntana and get to know enchanting villages like Valldemossa, Fornalutx or Sóller. Regarding the beaches, it’s up to you whether you prefer the north with fine grained sand beaches or the west with small gravel bays. In the north you can visit the lively beach of Can Picafort or relax on the quiet Playa de Muro. If you are a beach-addict you can go to Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia, Cala Sant Vicente or Es Barcarés, in the north of Alcúdia. In the Tramuntana, you will be able to discover Port des Canonge, Puerto de Sóller, Cala Deià or the famous bay Sa Calobra, which nestles between two rocks.

I liked the pool, the house and its location in general
I liked: Lokalita byla hezká, z domu byl nádherný výhled do okolí, úzké uličky, zajímavá architektura, náměstí s restauracemi bylo taky hezké. Předání klíčů bylo bez problémů, dům byl velmi čistý a plně vybaven. Dojezd k moři asi 20km. I did not like: Kuchyně mohla být lépe vybavené, co se týče čistících prostředků. Museli jsme dokoupit.
I liked: The location was nice, the house had a wonderful view of the surroundings, narrow streets, interesting architecture, the square with restaurants was also nice. Handing over the keys was without any problems, the house was very clean and fully equipped. Access to the sea about 20 km. I did not like: The kitchen could have been better equipped in terms of cleaning products. We had to buy more.

We liked the proximity to the village. A little too narrow alleys. Even though we sorted the rubbish, we sorted it wrong and the rubbish was not picked up.
La ubicación y la casa. Pueblo de interior muy tranquilo y bien comunicado. La casa es correcta, con una decoración antigua sin complicación alguna, limpia. La piscina bien. Las amacas un poco dañadas.Falta cafetera, secador, para zumo, mejores cuchillos y sartenes. Olla pequeña para 8 personas. Los vasos y platos muy justitos, Por lo demás bastante bien. Cama de matrimonio, al menos en una habitación.
The location and the house. Very quiet and well connected inland town. The house is correct, with old decoration without any complications, clean. The pool is good. The hammocks a little damaged. Lack of coffee maker, dryer, for juice, better knives and pans. Small pot for 8 people. The glasses and plates are very fair, otherwise quite good. Double bed, at least in one room.

Lovely house in small village. House is spacious, very clean, comfortable and has everything that a family needs, including a great pool. There are a few little supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance and Campanet is a nice area to walk around.

Séjour agréable maison confortable propreté irréprochable. Une maison de ville avec jolie piscine qui a satisfait tout le monde par contre cela aurait été bien d avoir au moins 1 lit double dans la villa et peut être mettre une climatisation à l étage car nous n avons pas pu l utiliser car il faisait extrêmement chaud dedans. Toutefois quelques petits bémols a signaler. La rue passante est assez bruyante avec les voitures qui circulent , grosse difficulté de stationner dans la rue ce qui nous a valu de nous faire emboutir la voiture de location et cela nous a coûté 1100€ et une journée immobilisée ! Malgré que nous étions bien stationné mais les rues sont très étroites. A savoir également que le propriétaire est venu 1 fois sans nous prévenir.

A town house with a nice swimming pool which satisfied everyone, however it would have been nice to have at least 1 double bed in the villa and perhaps put air conditioning upstairs because we couldn't use it because it was extremely cold. hot inside. However, there are a few small drawbacks to note. The busy street is quite noisy with the cars driving around, it was very difficult to park in the street which resulted in us having our rental car rear-ended and this costing us €1100 and a day of immobilization! Although we were well parked, the streets are very narrow. Also note that the owner came once without warning us.

Great place and fantastic value. We really enjoyed our stay here and the location was ideal as a base for our cycling holiday. The rental is through a company, not an individual - which is fine except that they asked me to fill in lots of information on their own system rather than via Airbnb.

Ce fut de l'arrivée au départ un superbe séjour dans cette villa. La maison est grande et très spacieuse (conforme aux photos). Les équipements mit à notre disposition étaient très bien (lave vaisselle, machine à laver, les transats au nombre suffisant, les 2 salles de bains.....) Un petit bémol pour la cafetière, étant consommateurs régulier il fallait attendre plus de 30 minutes pour avoir le café, un remplacement serait judicieux. Nous pensons revenir dans ce village et pourquoi pas dans cette villa!
It was from arrival to departure a superb stay in this villa. The house is large and very spacious (as shown in the photos). The equipment provided to us was very good (dishwasher, washing machine, sufficient number of deckchairs, 2 bathrooms.....) A small downside for the coffee maker, being regular consumers we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get the coffee, a replacement would be wise. We are thinking of coming back to this village and why not to this villa!

See more We spent 2 lovely weeks in Pegaso villa. We were 4 adults and 4 children. The house is very comfortable but it would be very useful to have more glasses and plates. The terrace and the swimming pool are very nice and clean. Campanet is a lovely town and is well located to visit the East cost of the island.

Wszystko było ok. Z drobnostek to w łazience na dworze przecieka brodzik, trzeba wycierać mopem. Poza tym wszystko było super. Proszę zwracać uwagę przy parkowaniu auta na pomarańczowe linie. Dostaliśmy mandat pierwszego dnia, właściciel wspomina o parkowaniu w książce którą zostawia.
Everything was fine. The shower tray in the bathroom outside is leaking, you have to wipe it with a mop. Apart from that everything was great. Please pay attention to the orange lines when parking your car. We got a ticket on the first day, the owner mentions parking in the book he leaves behind.

Alles wie beschrieben , Tassen,Teller, Besteck und Küchenausstattung ausreichend vorhanden . Wie auch die restliche Ausstattung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt .

See more Rundherum hat uns alles gefallen. Es gibt nichts zu meckern - evtl. nur die Lage (die Straße vor dem Haus hat uns ein wenig gestört, da sie in der Morgenzeit vielbefahren ist). Das Haus war nett und hatte alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Magnifique villa au top exactement comme sur les photos. La piscine n'a pas de vis à vis. Seuls bémol si je peux me permettre. Le stationnement pas toujours disponible devant la villa. Il manque certaine chose basique dans la maison comme le sel le sucre etc c'est dommage. Et l'odeur de la piscine trop forte (on aurait dit de la javel) Mais nous avons tout de même passer un séjour inoubliable dans cette maison. Nous avons été accueilli avec deux beau panier de fruits et des boissons au frais. Très appréciable. Je recommande. Bien équipée. Je reviendrais sûrement.
Magnificent villa at the top exactly as in the photos. The swimming pool is not overlooked. The only downside if I may say so. Parking not always available in front of the villa. The house is missing certain basic things like salt, sugar, etc., which is a shame. And the smell from the pool was too strong (it looked like bleach) But we still had an unforgettable stay in this house. We were welcomed with two beautiful baskets of fruit and cold drinks. Very appreciable. I recommend. Well equipped. I would definitely come back.
See more Die Fliesenböden waren Anfang November sehr kalt - mehr Teppiche wären wünschenswert. Klimaanlage wärmte zum Glück einwandfrei (brauchten wir morgens u abends). Weiters wünschenswert: Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, eventuell Gewürze im Quartier - so geringe Mengen kann man nicht kaufen, wir haben den Rest dort gelassen - so eine Standardausstattung gibt es sonst in den Appartments, die wir mieten. Wirklich bequeme Betten, wunderbar weiches Bettzeug, viel Geschirr für Selbstversorgung, Wasser u Obst hat auf uns bei der Ankunft am Abend gewartet. Alles wie auf den Fotos. Kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Pool war herrlich, liegt Mittags u Abends in der Sonne - die Kinder plantschten Ende Oktober, wir Erwachsenen sind in der Sonne gelegen. Im Ort selbst gab es nicht viel zu tun. Wir nutzten die zentrale Lage des Quartiers für Ausflüge ans Meer und die Berge. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub empfehlenswert.
The tile floors were very cold in early November - more carpet would be appreciated. Fortunately, the air conditioning warmed perfectly (we needed it in the morning and evening). Also desirable: salt, pepper, sugar, possibly spices in the accommodation - you can't buy such small quantities, we left the rest there - such standard equipment is otherwise available in the apartments we rent. Really comfortable beds, wonderfully soft bedding, lots of dishes for self-catering, water and fruit were waiting for us when we arrived in the evening. Everything as in the photos. Small supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The pool was wonderful, lay in the sun at lunchtime and in the evening - the children were splashing around at the end of October, we adults lay in the sun. There wasn't much to do in the town itself. We took advantage of the neighborhood's central location for trips to the sea and the mountains. Recommended for a quiet vacation.
