Welcome to this beautiful house, with amazing views to the city and the mountains, and a big 10x5 swimming pool, with a depth range up to 2.10m. An external shower is ideal for a quick refresh after a long day at the beach. The swimming pool and the house are surrounded by a large garden, ideal to sunbathe or play with the little ones of the family. There is also a table tennis for the sporty ones. You can relax at the porch and prepare a delicious dinner with your loved ones. There are neighbours but the property is all fenced.

The house is a mix of modern and traditional style and is divided in two floors. It disposes of six bedrooms and six bathrooms en suite. At the ground floor, the large and comfortable living-room with a fireplace is perfect to relax or play some table games. At the dining-room, there is space for 12 guests. The gas equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities for you to prepare your favourite dishes. You will also find five bedrooms at this floor: two of them with a double bed and three with two single beds each. All of them have a bathroom en suite, three with a bath and two with a shower.

Upstairs you will find another bedroom with a double bed and a sitting room, a bathroom en suite and direct access to a terrace. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. Obviously the house disposes of a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. If you come over in the winter, the house disposes of central heating.

Establiments is a little area from about the XVI century that belongs to the capital, Palma. There are still archaeological remains at Son Bausà and Ca'n Mallol. This area is well known as a residential area, with big family houses and detached houses. Is an ideal spot from where you can go for fantastic trips to Sierra de Tramuntana, and its views to the legendary villages like Esporles, Valldemossa, Banyalbufar, etc. You will find a wide range of restaurants and bars, shopping centers, cinemas, art galleries, bus and train services. Palma nightlife is also very lively. For the golf lovers, only 12 km distance, you will find Son Termens Golf Course.
