Welcome to this lovely house with private pool for 4 guests near Llubí, a genuine town in the centre-north of Mallorca.
This one-storey, 220 m2 cottage has 2 comfy bedrooms and is just perfect for couples with children. There is one room with double bed and another with 2 twin beds and one bathroom with shower.

The spacious sitting-dining room comes with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace and a dining table. It is a nice place to relax, eat together or watch television (SAT-TV). The open plan kitchen is well-equipped and there is also a washing machine.

The huge terrace is a nice place for a BBQ, basking in the sun or playing with your kids. There are 4 sun loungers and 1 sun umbrella, to make the most of the Mediterranean weather. The 28 m2 salt water pool is fenced and its maximum depth is 1.80 metres. Although the pool is fenced, never leave your children unsupervised by the pool area! There is a chill-out zone by the pool where you can enjoy romantic moments together! Please keep in mind that pets are not allowed. You can park up to 3 cars on the patio.

The next village, Llubí, is about 3 Km and there you will find a supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy and a few restaurants. Llubí is still a traditional Majorcan town and you can feel this atmosphere in every corner. On Tuesdays takes place the market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers. More supermarkets, restaurants and shops are situated in Inca.

A 20 minutes’ drive takes you to the beautiful Majorcan north coast. The fine grained sand beaches of Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollença become lively places during the summer with lots of restaurants and nightlife. Families and relax seeker will enjoy the sand beach Playa de Muro and the natural beach Son Serra de Marina. The bays Formentor and Cala Sant Vicente are famous for its crystal clear waters. You can visit Formentor also by boat.

NOTE: We cannot accept guests less than 20 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
