Information about Pili
This spectacular property lies in the south east of Mallorca, in Felanitx and welcomes 10 people.
The exteriors are beautiful. The most distinguishing detail of this nice villa is the private, 9.7 m x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9 m to 2 m. There is a porch with BBQ and bread oven, where you can enjoy large dinners. Additionally, there is another porch and one terrace on each floor. The plot has a well-kept garden with fruit trees and a fish tank.
The 300 m2 house is distributed over two floors and has six bedrooms, two on the ground floor with two single beds each, and four on the first floor, two with double beds and two with a single bed each. A cot and a high chair are available. There are four bathrooms that serve the whole house, one on the first floor with shower and three on the ground floor, all with shower. The living room is very cosy and has a large sofa, a small table and TV-Sat. The kitchen-dining room, independent and vitro, has all the necessary utensils to be able to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Surrounded by fields, this pleasant property is situated 2 km from the village Felanitx, where you will find all necessary amenities for your stay. On Sunday takes place the local market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the farmers, clothes and much more. Particularly, the landscape is characterised by wide fields and rolling hills and old windmills; an idyllic place to get away from it all! Furthermore, you can visit the Santuari chapel, by car or bicycle.
If the beach is what you are searching for, a short drive takes you to the coast. Many attractive beaches are spread all over the east coast and it's up to you where to go. We recommend Cala D'Or, Cala Mondragó, Portopetro, Cala Figuera and Cala Murada.

4 guests reviewed this property. Die Finca war sehr sauber und schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige Negative ist, dass die Vermietungsgesellschaft nicht auf dem aktuellen Stand ist und der Kontakt zwischen der Gesellschaft und der Vermieterin anscheinend nicht so gut war. So hätten wir theoretisch schon früher einchecken können. Das lag aber nicht an der Vermieterin. Diese war super nett und sehr aufmerksam.
The finca was very clean and beautiful. We felt very comfortable. The only negative is that the rental company is not up to date and the contact between the company and the landlady apparently wasn't that good. So theoretically we could have checked in earlier. But that wasn't the landlord's fault. She was super nice and very attentive.
See more Wir waren als Großfamilie angereist und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Wenn wir kleine Fragen oder Anliegen hatten, haben sich die Eigentümer des Hauses direkt den Themen angenommen und behoben.Der Pool ist klasse. Zwei Stufen ermöglichen einen super Eintritt ins Wasser und einen prima Spielbereich für die Kinder. Das Tor bietet Sicherheit, dass die kleinen Kinder sich nicht alleine auf den Weg ins Wasser machen. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Highlight ist die Outdoorküche mit dem Pizzasteinofen und großem Grill!Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Haus liegt in der Nachbarschaft aus Ferienhäusern und Einheimischen, die man aber aus dem Gartenbereich nicht sieht. Man schaut immer ins Grüne. Nachts hört man die Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft (wie auf jeder Finca, die wir bisher besucht haben).
We came as a large family and had a wonderful time. When we had small questions or concerns, the owners of the house addressed the issues directly and resolved them. The pool is great. Two steps allow for easy entry into the water and a great play area for the children. The gate provides security so that small children do not venture into the water alone. The kitchen is well equipped. The highlight is the outdoor kitchen with the pizza stone oven and large grill! The beds are very comfortable. The house is in the neighborhood of holiday homes and locals, but you can't see them from the garden area. You always look into the green. At night you can hear the dogs from the neighborhood (like on every finca we have visited so far).
