The exterior of the property features a beautiful chlorine 10x5m swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1m up to 1.8m. In the garden area it has a paved 40m2 and 62m2 another lawn area. In the property features 2 great porches, one in each building. The main building has 1 24m2 furnished porch where you can enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors and in the 2nd building has another 8m2 porch where you can relax while swinging in the hammock fantastic available. Fixed barbecue is between the two buildings and it can cook while enjoying the outdoor company. Around the pool has access to a total of 6 chairs where you can relax in the sun. The privacy of this property is totally and it has 6 spaces to park vehicles.

Upon entering the main building you will find the area where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room is the ideal place to get away from from everyday routine watching satellite TV or a DVD movie. In the dining room of the house you can share fantastic after-eating talks with family and friends. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything needed to prepare any dish you want, including gas stove. The laundry area is independent and it has 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms in the property, 3 in the main house and the other 2 in the secondary house. The rooms in the main house are divided as follows: 1 has 1 double bed and the other 2 have 2 single beds. Of these 3 bedrooms, all have wardrobes, and 1 of them air conditioning. The rooms in the secondary building are 2: 1 with 1 double bed and the 2nd with 2 single beds. The main house has 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub in suite and 1 with a shower. In the second house there is 1 full bathroom with a shower. In the main house there is central heating, 1 crib for younger children and air conditioning in 1 of the bedrooms.

The property is very close to Sa Pobla, where you can find everything you might need during your stay. Sunday is market day in Sa Pobla, there you will find traditional products of the island. Pollença is not too far and it is a lovely town worth visiting. There you will enjoy its cobbled streets and all the shops in the area. There you can climb to the Calvari, an old church that is in the upper town, where you will enjoy spectacular views. Just 15km away are the beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Picafort. Spend a day on the sandy beach and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. In the area there are good restaurants to eat paella while enjoying the spectacular views. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is lively and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. We also recommend the area of Alcudia, where there are wonderful pristine coves.

NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
