Welcome to this fantastic and modern house, with a private swimming pool, located at Ca'n Picafort, for 5-6 guests.
This one floor house disposes of a private 4m x 2.5m chlorine swimming pool, with a deph ranging that goes from 0.6m and 1.3m. The hammocks surrounding it is our guests favourite place for relax sunbathing. Start the day with a nice breakfast at the porch or finish it with a tasty dinner!
There is also a terrace and it has direct neighbours.

As soon as you walk in, you will feel like at home at the comfortable and spacious dining-room with satellite TV, a sofa, a little table and a big table with chairs, and equipped with air conditioning for the hottest days.
At the vitro hub kitchen you will find all the necessary amenities to prepare your favourite dishes. The house also has a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

There are two bedrooms at the property, one with a double bed and another one with bunk beds, and both are air-conditioned. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. You can also ask for an extra bed as well if you are 6 guests. This lovely house disposes of two bathrooms, one en suite with a shower and another one with a hot tub.

The location is ideal, as you can find around supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and the bus station just a few minutes walking. During the high season, you can take the bus every 15 minutes to places like Alcúdia, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença, and another destinations like Palma or Son Serra de Marina. The white thin sand beach is ideal for families with kids. We reccomend to visit Capellans beach and Playa de Muro, known for their crystalized water, and enjoy a nice paella at one of the restaurants located at the seaside.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
