There you can enjoy laughs and talks with your loved ones, enjoy romantic moments by the fireplace or watch satellite-TV. The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to dazzle your guests with your best creations, including ceramic hob. The laundry area is independent and it features 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board.

First, it is important to mention the privacy and tranquility offered by the property itself. It is located in the outskirts of Pollença, near the entrance to the Serra de Tramuntana. At the same time, in the village of Pollença you have all the basic needs you may require during your stay. There, you can also visit the chapel of Calvari (to access it, you must climb a total of 365 steps, one for every day of the year) and walk the fantastic cobblestone streets. This property offers a perfect setting to go hiking, walking or cycling. The nearest sandy beach is the Port de Pollença but we recommend you to visit the beach of Bóquer or Cala d'Escorca.

2 guests reviewed this property. Wer im Herbst/Winter anreist sollte bedenken, dass die Finca keine Heizung hat. Die vorhandenen Klimageräte können das Haus nicht aufwärmen. Durch die abends entstehende Feuchtigkeit wurden die Sachen teilweise klamm, haben wir als unangenehm empfunden. Es gibt nur die Landes typischen Zudecken, wer also leicht friert, sollte einen warmen Schlafanzug und eine Wärmflasche einpacken. Abzug gibt es bei der Ausstattung, da die Kommoden in einem Zimmer so gut wie nicht genutzt werden konnten u im 2. Zimmer nur 1 Schrank m Bügeln zur Verfügung steht u gar keine Kommode. Die Lage ist m de Nähe zu Pollenca, zum Meer und zu den Bergen toll. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und auch sonst war es sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut. Fuer den Sommer auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, fuer die kälteren Monate eher nicht.
