Welcome to this beautiful one floor house, with a private chlorine 7m x 3m swimming pool and a deph ranging that goes from 0.4m to 1.9m, surrounded by 6 hammocks where you can make the most of the good weather. The terrace is so ideal for a nice dinner with your dear ones. The property has direct neighbours, at a very quiet residential area.

As soon as you go in, you will find three rooms in one: a lovely open kitchen-dining room-living room that makes the most of the space at the house, ideal to relax or watch a film all together. The vitro hub equipped kitchen disposes of all the necessary amenities you might need to prepare your favourite dishes. There are a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

You will find three bedrooms at this house: two with a double bed each, and another one with two single beds and a bathroom en suite with a bath. There is also another bathroom with a shower. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. The property disposes of air conditioning at all the rooms.

The white sand beach is only 300 meters distance, ideal for families with kids, where you can rent hammocks and parasols and enjoy your day between the beach and the mountains. Go for a nice walk at Puerto de Pollença port and have a nice dinner. At the center, you will find everything you might need during your stay. For the mountain lovers, the area is also wonderful for hiking. We highly recommend a trip to Cala Bóquer, an idylic cove with crystalized water, located between the mountains, where you will feel like in paradise. The Formentor lighthouse and Pollensa legendary village, are a must see.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Note: This property cant accept under 20 years old guests, except if they travel with their parents. We need ID copies of every person to accept the reservation.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
