This house is located in a rural setting and has been renovated in 2008. It is constructed on 120 m2 and has a plot of 2,500 m2. The pool, furniture and household equipment are new and well-maintained. The interior is genuine and offers three spacious bedrooms, which ideally accommodate a family or group of friends. One air-conditioned double bedroom has a double bed. The other two double bedrooms have single beds and a trundle bed. All rooms have space for a cot. There are two bathrooms with shower.

The house has a large dining room with a big table in a Majorcan style. The kitchen is practical and is equipped with all the necessary elements for cooking and has a direct access to the dining room. The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas and satellite TV. For the summer months the house has three air conditioners (one in the master bedroom and two in common rooms) along with several fans. For the winter months beside air equipment the house features a fireplace in the dining area. Wi-Fi is provided as well.
Among kitchen equipment you find coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee machine, ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, cutlery, cooking utensils and refrigerator with freezer. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The exterior of the house has been recently remodelled and provides enough space to relax outside. On the 20 m2 furnished porch you can enjoy the Mediterranean breeze and summer nights outside. The pool is 10 x 5 m-sized and has sunbeds around. Next to the pool there is a small porch where you can rest or play table tennis. A barbecue place invites you to cook delicious meals.

The location of the house is in the Pla de Mallorca, in a rural setting with farming and cultivated fields of grain and fruit. By spending your vacation here you will get to know the genuine Mallorca, away from touristic places. The house is close to Porreres, a very dynamic village with very attractive shops and restaurants. Sa Rápita beach is only 19 km far away.
