Welcome to this magnificent house in Colònia Sant Jordi. It is prepared for 11 persons.
The outdoor area counts with a terrace with a large 8mx4m chlorine pool (the depth steeps up slowly from 0,80-2,20m) and 8 sunbeds, as well as a well furnished porch with a barbeque.

The 557m2 house is idstributed over 3 floors (including the garage in the basement). There are 6 bedrooms: 5 on the first floor (1 with a double bed and air conditioning and 4 with two individual beds, of which one counts with air conditioning) and 1 bedroom on the ground floor which counts with a double bed. On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available. All of the bedrooms count with an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the groundfloor, there is a guest toilet.
The cosy living- and dining room counts with 2 sofas, satellite TV, a fireplace and a dining table. The entire house is equipped with central heating. The independent kitchen works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal during your stay. You will find a washing machine and an iron and ironing board on the backside terrace.

This house is situated at only 700m from the sea, in the village of Colònia Sant Jordi. In this village and its nearby surroundings, you will find everything you need respecting turistic excursions, sandy beaches (for example, Dolç beach, the harbours' beach, Marqués beach and, of course, Es Trenc). Enjoy a boat trip to the Natural Parc of the island Cabrera, visit the salt factory (where the sea salt is separated from the sea water) or the aquarium, where all local species from Cabrera are being exposed.

NOTES: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.

We do not accept youth groups under 28 years for this house. We will ask for copies of all passports, in order to confirm the reservation.
